Pandemic.

1. Is the problem a current and timely one? If yes, explain.

Answer: yes, due to the covid 19 pandemic many students have difficulty in their course especially the
modular distance learning they are not well guided.

2. Is it pervasive or widespread? Prove it.

Answer: widespread, because almost all students face problems and challenges during the pandemic,
there are students who stop studying because they are having difficulty, there are also those who just try
to continue studying to be able to finish immediately.

3. Does it affect the special group of people such as mothers, children, farmers, drivers, students, construction
workers, etc? In what way? Cite a scenario or example.

Answer: The more affected is the students because of their Challenges and struggles they face everyday,
whether it be physically or mentally. And because of that circumstances, we’ve conduct an interview to
some ABM students inside and outside the school about how they face the struggles and challenges they
encountered.
Mostly, the answers is the pressure and the stress that are put unto the students. Because of the lack of time
on making their task, overload school works and unfair deadlines.

4. Does it relate to the on-going programs such as K-12, family planning, livelihood, TB control program,
TESDA, etc? Explain.

Answer: The Challenges and Struggles of an ABM Students is related to the problems of the students.

5. Does it relate to broad social, economic, and health issues such as unemployment, obesity, HIV, local
terrorism, etc? Justify your answer.

Answer: Most of them says that some common issues of being an ABM stundent is not having time
management. And having lack of knowledge about ABM.

6. Who else is concerned about the problems- government officials, LGU officials, teachers, other
professionals? Why?

Answer: The teachers I think are the most concerned here because it is their duty to give the right
knowledge to their students, especially in the course taken by the students, but it is also the duty of the
students to study hard and keep in mind what the teacher teaches

7. What are the possible useful contributions or impact on the welfare of a group of people or the society as a
whole does your study may bring? Identify or name any possible contribution?

Answer: yes, I believe that it contributes a lot because it will help to know the challenges and struggles
faced by students, these are the possible contributions: you will know the different problems faced by
ABM student, and you will know what to do at this times.
