In 2011 Globe Telecom awarded to Rowenson the Provincial Key Account 2
with the coverage area of Naga City, Calabanga, Bombon, Magarao, Canaman,
Camaligan and Gainza, a new trading name was created to give focus on new
expansion momentum, Lyson Trading was introduced to the market as a PKA in
alignment of the business partner direction, Lynson Trading expansion continuously
recognized with award of excellence in 2011 PKA2 awarded as Best in Volume
Achievement and Best in Retailer Activation for Globe and TM.

Today Autohide autoloading Station ( old Lynson Trading) has a continually


growing of his Restaurant franchising, TELCO Products and partnership with Globe
Telecom and continuing to thrive with strategic innovations aiming to satisfy the
higher expectation of business partner and customer.

TD SALES SUPPORT

Liquidation Clerk – MARY SYBIL CANALE

- Encode DSRs and receipts details per DSP per retailer


- Ensure DSP liquidation is balance and accurate
- Encode other data and report needed
- Submit to DA encoded data
- Ensure daily recording and collation of project forms submitted by BDO
- Ensure BDO liquidation is balance and accurate
- Encode other data and report needed before reporting
- Submit to DA encoded data
Finance Supervisor

- Ensuring healthy credit and collection performance


- Responsible in placement and payment of order and daily monitoring in GT LOP
portal
- Ensure timely and accurate liquidation and submission of GT TDF as concurred by
the OM
- Ensure timely and sufficient funds to be used for manpower salary and
maintenance fees
• Co-approve release of products from custodian as concurred by OM
• Ensure daily balancing of inventory released versus payment
STOCK CUSTODIAN:

• Ensure safekeeping and good condition of GT products and merchandising collaterals


• Ensure proper tagging of sims (projects and mainstream) to DSP and outlets
• Responsible in the receiving and releasing of products and merchandising collaterals
• Prepare daily DSP product and merchandising allocation
• Monitor and flag inventory level/Expiry date to OM
