Corporate culture of Viettel

Corporate culture is the whole cultural value created during the existence and
development of an enterprise, thereby becoming the values, customs and traditions deeply
ingrained in the operation of the enterprise. At the same time, it dominates the emotions,
thinking, and behaviors of all members of the business in pursuit and implementation of
purposes.
Corporate culture is an intangible asset and is the competitive strength of an enterprise. it
ensures the longevity of the business that enhances the corporate image in the minds of
customers and society.

- Viettel's action motto is "Do da qua song" and continuously adjusting changes to suit the
practice.

- We are the ones who dare to try, dare to fail. We always encourage those who fail. We try to
find in the failures of the system to make adjustments more completely. We will try not to make
the same mistakes.

body.

achievements. But we always put the interests of the business country above personal interests.
