    Everyone from any professional background should have a linked account that is updated

    to be with the current professional status. LinkedIn account and profile is not only meant for the

    younger professionals seeking job opportunities or those individuals looking for better job offers

    alone only. Those professionals copying up job tittles should update their LinkedIn profiles for

    three reasons: one, the job market is not always secured. Sometimes an unexpected event might

    happen that will lead to the loss of a job. Secondly, there is still room to grow and advance. It has

    never been healthy for professionals to live and work in the same place for the entire working

    years. Change of job place is always welcomed. Thirdly, recommendations for promotion or

    advancement of career opportunities. With an updated LinkedIn profile, the proposals shall be

    efficient because the professional details are readily available. Although there are other reasons,

    the three discussed are the best.

    My linked in profile is around 75% complete as explained in optimizing LinkedIn

    profiles. I have created it and crafted it professionally. I have customized the URL so that the

    public will get it and access it easily. The photo that I use is apparent, friendly, and appropriately

    related to my professional field. The headline that I use is one that rocks, one that specifies the

    job field that I am looking for and my qualifications. The descriptions I have used is specifically

    to target the advantages that I need to capture. The summary is around only four paragraphs that

    cover everything in brief. That is my qualifications, specialization, availability, experiences,

    ability, and what I am looking forward to. Although I have a job currently, My LinkedIn profile

    should be very warm and welcoming. If my profile attracts better offers, I shall embrace them to

    grow, gain experiences, and grow to newer and advanced levels.
