the work in 2 days. How much time would Ramesh take working alone to
complete the work?

8. A train 100 m long is running at 72 km / h. How long does it take to cross a

platform 160 m long?

9. If the perimeter of one face of a cube is 40 cm , find the sum of lengths of its
edge.

social worker. Q is the son of U, who is a daughter in law of P. V is the cousin
sister of Q. If there are two married couples and a female teacher in the
family, answer the following questions.(any 4)

Raju built a cubical water tank with lid for his house with each outer edge 1.5m
long. He wants to cover the outer surface of the tank excluding the base with
square tiles of side 25cm

( Answer any four questions)

i) Find the outer surface area of the tank excluding the base
ii) Find the number of tiles required to cover the tank.

iii)If the cost of one dozen tiles is Rs 480 find the cost of one tile.

iv) Find the cost of ten tiles

v)If the base is also included what is the total surface area of the tank?

third term, find G P.

33.From a circular cylinder of diameter 10cm and height 12 cm , a conical

cavity of the same base radius and of the same height is hollowed out. Find the
