1. It may be kindly brought to your notice that the above mentioned project is
completed in all respects.
2. The completion certificate still not accorded due to unavoidable delays on part of
the contractor on site in his documentation.
3. The last RAR paid to the consultant being on 10 th October 2018 RAR 5,yet as
required of our duties under the CA,we have provided all the services to make a
successful completion.
4. We have submitted our Final Bill to the GE office for their kind consideration and
persual.
5. We request you to kindly please take the required action on the same and help us
get paid on time.
6. Attached site photographs of the completed project for your ready reference
please.
