All praise to Allah almighty who is the most merciful and beneficent, who enable me to
learn and write and then to Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) who gave the light to
mankind and purpose to live.

I have learned a lot during my period of training. I have observed our theoretical
knowledge being converted to practical processes. Here, I would like to thank my
……………… who guided me about my training and took my viva as per daily routine
after taking my viva and discussing with me about the problems which I feel during my
training period.

Preface
Every student of BS Mechanical Engineering Technology has a mandatory 32 weeks
training program in any of the well reputed organizations. The purpose of this program is

to acquaint the students with practical applications of theoretical concepts taught to them
during conduct of this technological program.

I am very grateful to Awan Sports Pvt (Ltd) , especially Director Ghazanfar Awan, who
accepted me as an internee engineer for their factory.

This report may depict deficiencies on my part but still it is the output of a student’s
efforts for which I beg pardon. The output of my analysis is summarized in the shape of
an internship. The content of the report shows the detailed sequences of these. The report
concludes with problems and suggestions.

Abstract
The internship was conducted to examine all the aspects and factors related to the
manufacturing of sports goods. Learned the mass manufacturing of sports goods, which is
exported to 15+ countries and also selling to locals.

Safety of the workers is the higher priority. This training program helped me to
experience between theoretical and practical work, how a factory works on, how their
problems would resolve, and how to improve their productions.
