ESSENTIAL INTRAPARTUM NEWBORN CARE PROTOCOL CHECKLIST

(Adopted from the Harmonized Modules on Basic Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care
Training for Midwives)
Instruction:
• Read the EINC Skills Checklist.
• Set-up your room as a make-shift delivery room / birthing home facility.
• Record yourself performing all the skills necessary to assist the mother to proper delivery
of her newborn.
• Record yourself performing the skills.
• Edit your videos and remove the “dead-air” to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
• Upload your video on your Google Classroom using the filename: SURNAME, GIVEN
