A. BASIC INFORMATION:

1. Venue:

As the luxury landmark in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City's buzzing Central Business

place of holding your wedding banquet. With experienced and fully trained wedding
specialists, together with 5-star international chefs and stunning venues, we're
promisingly giving you, your family and friends a sophisticated wedding night you'll
remember for a lifetime.

2. Banquet concept and color theme:


a. Banquet main concept:
Our main banquet concept will be outdoor/garden
style, with the decoration idea bases on minimalism
and fairy-tale inspiration. The whole wedding theme
will be created follows the idea of starting a whole
new fairytale story, which accordingly bring a slight
difference comparing with other wedding theme
concept.

A list of suggested decorative items for this theme includes:


− Floral-based decoration of wedding
invitations.
− Flower decoration in minimalist fairy-tale
style.
− Greenery centerpieces.
− Breezy bridesmaid’ dresses.
− A flower-adorned wedding cake.
− Botanical-inspired details.
− A floral necktie.

The wedding banquet will take place outdoor, with the adjacent pool. The wedding on
the lawn will be surrounded with fresh atmosphere and the view to historical
destinations within the area.
With the combination between an ideal
weather, floral decoration and fairy-tale vibe,
this outdoor wedding ceremony will not only
bring freshness and romance, but also be
practical and sophisticated. Using fresh
blossoms for decoration, the wedding banquet
will be blessed with a dash of color and fragrant
scents. Additionally, soft fabrics such as chiffon
or tulle will add further mysticism to the
romantic, airy setting of an outdoor wedding.

b. Color theme:

To go with the minimalism of the banquet theme, Ivory will be the main color theme
for the wedding, together with some other colors in the same palette: Champagne,
Beige, Light Beige, etc.

3. Type of set up:


As to fulfill the guest's needs of having a memorable wedding, we have two types of
set up for the banquet area: banquet set up and I/O/U shape of set up. Especially, a
dancing ground in the middle of the banquet will be available in both types. With the
dancing ground included, the whole wedding will become much more cheerful and
memorable.

Banquet set up is a basic type of set up which is


suitable for every occasion, with tables are
arranged reasonably around the dancing floor.
In this example layout, the dance floor will be in
the middle of the banquet, surrounded by
tables, with the stage above it.

With the suggested types of set up, together with the


stage and dancing ground, the couple can choose to have
the live band or DJ for the music background.

The second selection we offer to the guests is the I/O/U shape type of set up. In this
type, tables and seatings can be arranged in I shape, O shape, or U shape depending on
the bride and groom’s decision, and all surround the dancing floor in the middle.

4. Service style:
The service style at the wedding will be sit-down service, or as knowns as serve at table
style of service (America). With this service style, guests will have a comfortable and
pleasant experience during the wedding with the high-quality service from our well-
trained staff.

a. Food:

In order to bring the inspiration to the wedding, our talented chefs had created the
wedding menu based on Asian cuisine, with the combination of the most significant
flavors from each Asian country. The best quality ingredients combined with the
ingenuity in flavor matching will promisingly bring the best experience to every guest.

Significantly, the mainstays are Roasted Duck, Pork Rib, Tiger Prawns, cooked in many
styles from Korean style to Chinese way, with the use of Chinese herbs, Malaysian
Sambal sauce, and Cantonese sauce. Including traditional weddings, food is also an easy
way to honor parents and older relatives who may prefer traditional Chinese cuisine,
Vietnamese cuisine, and Malaysian cuisine to more standard Western party fare.

b. Beverage:
During the wedding, guests will be served with both alcohol and non-alcohol beverage.
▪ Alcohol:

For alcoholic beverages, we choose to serve two kinds of alcohol at the wedding which
are champagne and cocktails. For a wedding toast, whether there are 50 people or 200,
champagne is still the best and suitable choice for you.

Another one is cocktail, which is perfect for cheering and celebrating in special
occasions. Cocktail hour is a perfect time to make new acquaintances, sharing and
connecting with people. During the cocktail hour, you can either showcase your family,
culture, or ethnicity.

Additionally, cocktails can help cheer up the


atmosphere, therefore make your wedding
party more memorable and joyful.

▪ Non-alcohol:
Other beverage choices we have are mocktails and soft drinks.

Mocktail is a non-alcoholic cocktail: a


mixed drink without alcohol, usually mix
between tonic water and fruit syrup.

Mocktail is an ideal selection for people who can't drink alcohol or those who want a
fruity mixture as their drink.

Soft drinks, a simple but necessary drink for any occasion and can be served efficiently.
Besides mocktails and soft drinks, we will also be serving mineral water.

2. Menu sets:
With global experience and intimate creativity, our chefs have created set menus with
various selections to suit the guest’ requirements. Accordingly, we have created three
menu recommendations that are combinations of Asian cuisine, with a reasonable
price.

There are many options available as Gimmick menu that we offer for the wedding.

a. Desserts:
Desserts are available as À la carte menu, with the following options:
− Crème Brulee with Pistachio Biscotti.
− Sticky Date Pudding, Walnut Toffee Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream.
− Apple Crumble Pie and Vanilla Ice Cream.
− Vanilla Black Forest Cake.
− Pana Cotta & lychee sweet soup with almond slice.
− Coconut Cream Pie and Chocolate Ice Cream.
− Fresh Fruits: Sweet Pomelo and American Grapes.

b. Special afternoon tea set:


Besides dessert, we offer three options for Special afternoon tea set, the bride and
groom can choose one set from the options, and the tea will be recommended later
depending on the season.

4. Wedding package:
Based on the number of guests expected, our wedding package recommendation will
be suitable for a 250-guest banquet as the bride and groom planned. The total package
price will be ranging from 300,000++ to 350,000++ Baht. Our privileges including:
− Wedding menu prepared by talented chefs
− A 3-hour serve of soft drinks and mineral water throughout the wedding.
− 2 bottles of sparkling wine for toasting and pouring the Champagne tower in
the ceremony.
− 1 night stay at Suite with a breakfast for the bride and groom included.
− 1 changing room for the bride and bridesmaid.
− 1 pre-wedding-ceremony light meal for the bride and groom.
− A tasting meal arrangement for up to 10 people prior to the event day.
− Reception desk.
− Guest registration book.
− Lucky money box.
− An exclusive selection of table linens to choose from.
− A 3-tier wedding cake designed personally to the bride’s wish.
− Fresh floral decoration package from the hotel florists (inclusive of the flower
gate and flower decoration).

Regardless of the wedding packages that the couple chooses, additional services are
available to add to the wedding, accordingly make the wedding ceremony a better
experience:
− MC for the ceremony.
− Live band performances.
− A 4-hour Limousine service for post-wedding-using.

5. Additional information:
Apart from our standard decorating package,
customers can choose to decorate the aisle with
fresh flowers and flower standees according to
their liking.
There will be a dancing area in the middle of the
banquet area to fulfill the needs of dancing
performances after the ceremony.

Reception desk can be decorated with


flowers, gift box and guest registration
book. Friends and families can write their
heartfelt wishes for the bride and groom
on the papers attached on the memorable
board. We will also prepare bridal's
bouquet based on her proposal.
