Content Standard: The learner demonstrates understanding of the Music of Cordillera,


Palawan, Mindoro, and the Visayas

Performance Standard: The learner shares knowledge about the Characteristics and
Different form of Music of Cordillera, Palawan, Mindoro, and the Visayas.

I. Objectives:

After the lesson, students are expected to:

 Identify different forms of music (vocal, instrumental, ensemble) as


well as the similarities and differences in the musical characteristics
between the music of Cordillera, Palawan, Mindoro, and Visayas;
 Explain the distinguishing characteristics of the music of Cordillera,
Palawan, Mindoro, and Visayas; and
 Sing select songs/chants from the music of Cordillera, Palawan,
Mindoro, and Visayas.

II. Subject Matter:

Topic: Music of the Middle Isles of the Philippines (Music of Cordillera,


Palawan, Mindoro, and the Visayas)

Materials/Platform: Laptop, Power Point Presentation, Google Meet,


Google Form.

 Review - brief review of past lesson.
- Question and answer about the different kind of
Health services.

B. Lesson Proper

1. Motivation:

“ Jumbled Letter”

The students will guess the jumbled letters which is connected to the topic.

 Have the students participate in the discussion of


what Music of Cordillera, Palawan, Mindoro, and the
Visayas is and its importance to the indigenous tribes
in that places.
 Interactive discussion of the Different Forms Music of
Cordillera, Palawan, Mindoro, and the Visayas

Each Forms Music of Cordillera, Palawan, Mindoro, and the Visayas will be explained
by the teacher one at a time using the video track.

IV. Evaluation:
