LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

Date: 25th June 2016

Dear MOHAN KUMAR B,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview, we are pleased to inform
you that you are here by appointed in this company as Assistant accountant with the Gross salary
of Rs20487/month and your date of joining would be 1st July 2016 and this would be considered
your effective date of joining in the company on the following terms and conditions:

1. Our Value, System and Culture:


As communicated to you during our discussions, we value competence, performance,
discipline, and integrity above everything else and that constitutes the foundation of this contract.
We believe strongly in delivering highest quality to our customers, dealing fairly with mutual
respect and on strict merit with our employees. We work in an atmosphere of trust &
transparency and go beyond our area of responsibility. You are accountable first to yourself and
then to your superiors.

2. Designation:
You have been designated Assistant accountant. However, your ability and expertise can be
utilized in any other field / function in the best interest of the company and there upon you shall
be re-designated accordingly. Your job functions and responsibilities as Assistant accountant
will be appraised time to time by the seniors.

3. Probation Period:
You will be placed on probation for a period of 1 year i.e. 12 months and the said
period can be extended and on the expiry of the period of probation or extended
period of probation, if you are not confirmed in writing, your services shall be
deemed to be automatically terminated. However, unless you are confirmed in writing,
you shall not be deemed to be permanent.
During probation, the notice period for termination / resignation will be 24 hours from
either side. After successful completion of your probation , you will be confirmed in
writing as a permanent employee of the Company.
4. General Rules and Regulation:
You will be governed by various rules and regulations/ service conditions framed
by the company from time to time. In the event you are absent from duty without
information or permission of leave or you overstay your sanctioned leave, the
Management will treat you as having voluntarily abandoned the services of the
Company.

5. Documents on Joining:
You will have to submit the copies of the below mentioned documents at the time of
selection/joining day
a. Two Passport Size Photographs
b. Your Degree Certificate
c. Permanent Address Proof

6. Confidentiality:
Bethala Petropacks Pvt Ltd is one of the most unique companies which have
reputation of supplying, product of high research and Technical Value. And the company
virtue of being involved in various defense oriented supplies you’re expected to maintain
confidentiality in full. Any breach of confidentiality will be accounting the breach of
contract and will be liable for an appropriate litigation.
During the continuance of your employment or at any point of time thereafter, you
shall not discuss, divulge or communicate by word of mouth or otherwise to any
person(s) whatsoever, any information of a secret or confidential nature entrusted to you
or coming to your knowledge, relating to the trade or business of the company or of any
group / sister companies or any of its customers or to the methods, process, appliance,
machinery or the plant used by them or to any experiments made by them or any of them
or by any person in their employment or relating to the prices paid or charged by or the
customer of the company or its group/ sister companies, or administrative/ organizational
matters of the company which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of being
an employee of the company or not being in service or any such other information, the
disclosure of which in the opinion of the company, is likely to be prejudicial to the
interests of the company.

7. Misconduct:
If at any time, you are found guilty of misconduct, commit any breach this contract
of employment or refuse or willfully neglect to perform to the satisfaction of the company
or any of the sister/ group companies in connection with whose business you may be
engaged, all or any of the duties devolving upon you, the company may at once, without any
previous notice, terminate the contract of your employment solely at your cost, risk and
responsibility.
8. You have to intimate the Company regarding any changes of your residential address.

9. Ethics:
You are required to deal with the company’s money, material and documents with
utmost honesty and professional ethics. If you are found guilty, at any point of time of
moral turpitude or of dishonesty in dealing with the company’s money, material or
documents or theft of any information or misappropriation regardless of the value
involved, your services will be terminated immediately. B
10. Sharing of Salary related Information:
Your remuneration package is confidential and should not be shared with anyone
except HR. Any violation will result in serious action and may lead into termination of
employment.

11. Termination of Employment / Service :


The company may terminate your service any time without notice, if there is
misalignment between your and our value system and culture as defined and if this
misalignment affects either the internal working and performance or the image of our
brands/ company/ group. If you choose to resign from your services at Bethala Petropacks
Pvt Ltd you will do so only you surrendered all the work with the fullest satisfaction.
In case of being liable to any work or thing you will be deducted 2 times from the
value of the thing and deducted from your settlement.

offer of appointment.

I hereby agree that I carefully read and abide by the Terms and Conditions as provided,
that all of the restrictions set forth are fair and reasonably required to protect Company's
interests. I understand that any violation of the foresaid terms and conditions may result in the
revocation of my access privileges and/or disciplinary action may be taken.
I have received a copy of this Appointment Letter signed by the company and myself.
