    Dear Sir,

    I, the under signed submitted Council drawing for approval, through Application
    no. MEPB W 335/2015. The area of the site as indicated in the survey plan
    is 10 Perches.

    According to the shape of the site it is very awkward to arrange the spaces of
    the building in an architecturally acceptable way if the rear space is taken on
    side of the site opposite to access road.
    Hence in our drawings we have kept Rear space on left hand of the site when
    looking towards site from the access road. This allowed us to arrange the internal spaces in a well-
    organized and discipline manner.

    We hereby kindly seek your approval to allocate Rear space on the left hand
    side of the site as stated above.
