RESOLUTION NO. 02

SERIES OF 2018

A RESOLUTION CREATING THE BARANGAY PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL OF

BARANGAY VIZAL STO. CRISTO.

Whereas, Section 2 of Executive Order No. 366 dated September 05, 1996, Chapter 4, No. 16
Section 391 of the Local Government Code of 1991 and DILG MC NO. 2002 dated January 11, 2002
mandates the Organization of Barangay Peace and Order Committee to serve as implementing arm of the
Municipal Peace and Order Council at the Barangay level.

On unanimous motion, duly seconded by all the members present:

Resolve as it is hereby resolved to organize the Barangay Peace and Order Committee of Barangay
Vizal Sto. Cristo, Candaba, Pampanga.

Resolve further, that the copies of this resolution be furnished the Municipal Peace and Order Council of
Vizal Sto. Cristo and the DILG Officer for information and monitoring purposes.
