1 DEVELOP A HEALTHY
SLEEPING SCHEDULE
Make sure you always have 8 or more

hours of sleep. Rest well!

2 EXERCISE REGULARLY
You don't have to become a gym member

to exercise. Take a walk, ride a bike, or jog

around the neighborhood.

3 EAT HEALTHY FOODS


You don't need to diet, just eat healthy

foods.

4 STAY HYDRATED
Avoid fizzy drinks, instead drink plenty of

water or decaffeinated drinks – headaches,

migraines and lethargy are often triggered

by dehydration.

5 ENJOY!
Making time to do something you love

plays an important role in health. Laughing

decreases pain, aids in muscle relaxation,

and could improve heart and lung

function.
