Terms and Conditions:
1. The program is applicable at select Lounges in India, via PineLabs.
2. Access at the lounge would be given upon successful authorization of the Debit Card on
the electronic terminals placed at the lounges.
3. Eligible customers will get access to the lounge, food & beverages as applicable under the
agreement between PineLabs and the lounge. Customers are advised to check what services
and facilities are covered under Lounge Program.
4. For MasterCard INR 25 auto-void transaction will be processed and will not be charged to
customers. For Visa card INR 2 will be charged to customer.
5. Program is open only for customers carrying a valid MasterCard/VISA card issued in India.
Only one entry per customers will be permi�ed. Addi�onal Guest or Services wi ll a�ract
extra charges.
6. The program is applicable �ll 30th Sep’22.
7. The program can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by Axis Bank
without prior intima�on.

8. The access to the lounge will be available on first-come-first-serve basis.

9. Customers are not bound in any manner to avail the offer. Any participation by the
Customers shall be voluntary and the terms and conditions of the Lounge programs shall be
binding on the customers.
10. Axis Bank or PineLabs assumes no responsibility in case a particular lounge operator
shuts down the lounge(s) due to lease not ge�ing renewed or for any such reason beyond
the purview Axis Bank or PineLabs.
