The Kegel You may not have heard of Kegel exercises, not many people have.
These are exercises that control the muscles in the penis, and although you may
associate these with old age and prostate problems, believe me, they are equally
important in bed. Kegels strengthen your ability to last longer so your partner
isn’t left behind. They also give you greater control of the thrusting motion that
you use during lovemaking. If you exercise this area of your body, you build
muscles that help you in lovemaking more than any other muscles in your body.
You may not even be aware of where these muscles are, so I want to show you.

Stand at a urinal or toilet and start to pee. You may be thinking, “What does this

Kegel Exercise for Premature Ejaculation At the start of the exercise, you
need to be lying on the floor. Lie on your back, either on a yoga mat or other
rug, and your head should be flat on the floor with your arms down by your
sides. The muscle that you used in the pee exercise above is the same muscle
that you need to exercise now. If you can’t tense it while lying down, try
tightening your butt! You may think I’m crazy for telling you to do this, but
believe it or not, the muscles are in the same region as your butt. When you
tighten it, you need to hold that tightness for a moment and then relax it. It isn’t
so hard, right? Well, we’re just getting started. Do this ten times in a row. Do not
do it fast, because you will not garner the same results. You must take this slow

located the muscle responsible for your pee flow. Try to hold it for as long as
possible in a tensed-up position and then relax. You need to do about ten
repetitions each time you do it for this to be effective. What some guys don’t
realize is that they can emphasize this control even while doing mundane day to
day jobs. If you are a desk jockey, like me, keep this muscle area in trim while
you work. You may not believe you can, but it’s all about reinforcing the
strength of the muscles that brings about that lasting ability of your erection.
Doing this exercise with let you have perfect control.

There are three levels of Kegel exercises which include beginner, intermediate,
and advanced. Even though my lady love enjoys the length I give her, I never
take these exercises for granted and still perform them on a regular basis. You
should do the same. If you don’t, then you will find over time your efficiency at
lasting longer will diminish, and we don’t want that to happen. For a better
understanding, let me explain the difference between the different levels:
Beginner Learn to breathe in motion while clenching the appropriate muscles.
Repeat the exercises daily and use about 10 repetitions each time you complete
it.
Hold the muscles clenched to the count of five (don’t cheat and count fast!).
Slowly release to the count of five using the same count speed.
Remember that beginners may be anxious. Don’t grip too tightly. Allow yourself
to enjoy the exercises at a time of relaxation when you know you won’t have
your exercises interrupted by others.

Intermediate Breath as you did before, except this time count to seven instead of
five, then slowly release to the count of seven. Try this while bending as well,
because this can make a difference to your thrusting ability and the lasting effect
of control. The reason I say to try this while bending over, is because you are not
going to be sitting down or lying flat on your back in most cases. You are going
to be moving around, thus being in different positions while completing this
exercises will cause you to be in optimum performance when the time does arise.

Advanced Get total control over those muscles. Now, hold the muscles for as
long as you can and take equally as long to let go. It’s no good just letting go and
thinking that’s the end of the exercise. You need to have the same amount of
control when you let go as you do when you contract the muscles in the first
place. It’s all about patience at this point. Remember, this isn’t going to happen
overnight. You have to work at this if it’s really something you want for you and
your lady.

I used to think that you only needed to do these exercises until you overcame the
specified problems, but I learned that by doing them regularly, you control when
you ejaculate. Thus, you are able to slow down a little and let her have a bit of
fun while you let your erection control its desire to ejaculate for a little longer.
Use the muscles. Use self-control. I know you may not believe you have any
during those times, but I assure you that you do. You have to be the one to put

penis both in and out of its state of erectness. Jelqing is a type of stretching that
creates more versatile penile tissue, while also increasing the girth, width, and

about jelqing will be discussed thoroughly in chapter 3.

Penile Stretches Beginner • Ultimate Stretcher – This is the perfect
stretch to assist in increasing the length of the penis. It is also great for
beginners, because there is minimal chance for injury.
1. After a proper warm-up, pull back foreskin (if uncircumcised) and
grab one inch below the glans of the penis. You should feel no pain
in this step.
2. Pull penis out in front of you until you feel a nice stretch without
the added discomfort. Hold this position for about 20-30 seconds,
then rest for 5-10 seconds in-between.
3. Repeat step 2, but this time move penis upward. Rest.
4. Repeat step 2, but this time move downward. Rest.
5. Repeat step 2, but this time to the right. Rest.
6. Repeat step 2, but this time to the left. Rest.
7. Ensure you take time to cool down after exercise. You do not want
to risk injuring yourself. I didn’t say you couldn’t injure yourself,
just that it was a minimal chance.

• Backward Puller – This stretch helps lengthen the penis and helps
with toughness of the skin.

1. After proper warm-up, retract the foreskin (if uncircumcised) and
place your thumbs one inch above penis glans.
2. Place both hands around shaft of penis, pull the skin on the top of
the penis towards your body.
3. Pull penis out slightly, with just enough pressure for a painless
stretch.
4. Hold for 15-30 seconds. Rest for 5 seconds in-between.
5. Repeat 7-10 times.
6. Ensure you take time to cool down after stretch. You do not want to
risk injuring yourself. I didn’t say you couldn’t injure yourself, just
that it was a minimal chance.

• Opposite Stretch – This exercise is another for assisting with length
growth.

7. Ensure you take time to properly warm up.
8. Pull back foreskin (if uncircumcised) and grasp right beneath the
penile glans.
9. With other hand, grasp shaft with the “OK grip” (between your
thumb and index finger).
10. Pull your first hand in an upwards motion away from your second
hand, which will be in a downward position, until you feel a
comfortable pull.
11. Hold for 20-30 seconds. Rest 5 seconds in-between reps.
12. Ensure that you cool down afterwards. You do not want to risk
injuring yourself. I didn’t say you couldn’t injure yourself, just that
it was a minimal chance.

• Wet Jelqing – This exercise assists with growth of the girth of your
penis as well as adding length.

13. Ensure adequate warm-up time.
14. Lubricate both hands liberally. I find that water based lubrication to
be the best.
15. Massages penis to achieve 50-75% erection.
16. With your right hand, grab base of penis with an “OK grip” as close
to the pubic bone as possible.
17. Tighten to ensure blood is being entrapped in the shaft comfortably.
18. Slowly slide hand up to the gland and add enough pressure to force
the blood up your penis.
19. Ensure that you are sliding your hand just before you reach the
glans.
20. While one hand is at base of glans, other should be in the “OK grip”
position at base of penis.
21. Release hand that is gripping below glans. Repeat step 5, 10-15
more times.
22. Ensure cool down afterwards. You do not want to risk injuring
yourself. I didn’t say you couldn’t injure yourself, just that it was a
minimal chance.

• Rotating Stretch – This stretch helps in gaining length.

23. Ensure adequate warm-up.
24. Pull back foreskin (if uncircumcised) and take hold an inch before
glans with an “OK grip”.
25. Pull outward with just enough force for a comfortable stretch. You
will know if you have gone too far, because it will start to become
painful.
26. While gripping, move penis in a circular motion. Each rotation
should last 20-30 seconds.
27. Repeat rotations at least 3 times in each direction (clockwise and
counter-clockwise.)
28. Ensure adequate cool down afterwards. You do not want to risk
injuring yourself. I didn’t say you couldn’t injure yourself, just that
it was a minimal chance.

Intermediate/Advanced • Thumb-Stretcher – This stretch is all about
gaining some penile length, which is what all men want.

1. Ensure adequate warm-up.
2. Retract the foreskin (if uncircumcised) and grab just below the
penile glans.
3. Pull outward until you reach a comfortable stretch.
4. Use other hand and place your thumb within the first third of your
penis.
5. Press down with your thumb. Not to where it hurts, but just enough
to know your thumb is there.
6. Pull in both directions at the same time to feel comfortable stretch
inside shaft area. Hold that stretch for 20-30 seconds. Rest for 5
seconds in-between reps.
7. Ensure adequate cool down afterwards. You do not want to risk
injuring yourself. I didn’t say you couldn’t injure yourself, just that
it was a minimal chance.

As you can see, only one of these stretches is “complicated”. Many are very easy
to conduct in the privacy of your bedroom and can be done on a regular basis,
meaning 1-2 times a day, 3-5 days a week. You may think that is extensive, but
it isn’t. I can assure you, that will be adequate enough for you to enlarge your
penis in due time.

Even though at first it may not seem like any of these basic stretches are doing
anything at helping you obtain a stronger, more powerful penile physique, you
are doing your little guy a lot of good simply by participating. It is both good in

Chapter 2 – Introduction to Jelqing

The jelq exercise is quite literally the base for all other penile exercises when in
regard to enlargement and honing your sexual skills. If your main goal is to
achieve a bigger size and hardness, jelqing is the best way to begin your search
as to activities to add to your daily exercise routine for overall health and
stamina.

The term “jelq” actually stemmed from Arab origins and has been an established
practice in America since the 1970’s when the rise of national dairies climbed in
number. This term came from the “milking” motion used to milk cows. It has
been said that some men have added an additional 2 inches in both length and
girth from the result of regular jelq exercising. These exercises should be
completed 5-20 minutes per day, 2-5 days per week. When conducted in a
proper manner and with a good penile warm up and adequate cool down, jelqing
is by no means harmful. In fact, it increases overall penile health! So, by all
means, jelq away guys!

What You Will Need to Start Jelqing Believe it or not, one of the most
important things to have on hand is some form of lubrication. If you don’t want a
sore penis, take my word for it, lubrication matters. This emulates the natural
lubrication that you would experience inside a woman, provided of course, that
you did your bit when it comes to foreplay with your lady. Bath mates have a
jelqing solution which is useful and you can even buy it online, which means
that you don’t have to go through the embarrassment of being served by a lady
in the pharmacy or sex shop!

The Steps of Basic Jelqing The process of the basic jelq, involves a simple fluid
motion that is made up of easy to follow and use steps.

1. Lubrication – Ensure that before you go on with any steps, not to take
lubrication lightly. Liberally apply lubricant to the entirety of your penis.
This can be baby oil, Vaseline or other penis lubricants such as water
based, which can also be good if you are using a condom with your lady.

2. Get to a Proper Erection Level – Massage your penis until you reach 50-
75% erection level. This can be accomplished with light strokes. You want
to ensure that your penis is limp enough so that you can efficiently push
blood through it. You should never try to perform any sort of jelqing
exercises with an erect penis. If you do, then you can actually injure
yourself and will need medical assistance. I know no one wants to go to
the hospital for exercising their penis, right?

3. Utilization of the “OK grip” – Form an OK with your hand, using your
thumb and main forefinger.

4. Start at the Base – Place your strong hand around the base of the penis,
get as close to the pelvic bone as you can. It will look as if you are trying
to push your hand into your skin, but you won’t. That is exactly where you
need to be.

5. Move Upwards – With a light pressure in your grip, move slowly to the
head of the penis. The best pressure is one that does not hurt, but one that
can still push blood up the penis.

6. Stop at the Glans – The penile glans are the wrinkles that make up the
neck of the penile head. You do not want to incorporate this area of the
penis during jelqing. Stop right before the glans during each jelq to keep
from injuring yourself. Each jelq should take about 2-3 seconds to
complete.

7. Repeat – Once you get this motion down, continue the process until you
have done about 2 minutes of jelqing. Make sure to stay lubricated,
because if it wears off then you will give your penis a friction burn with
the excessive movement of your actions.

The Perfect Jelq Technique Components The components below have been
recommended from many reputable sources in obtaining adequate penis growth
when jelqing.

• Grip: Place thumb and forefinger together to create an overhand
“OK” motion over top of penis.
• Session: 10 Minutes
• Strength: Medium
• Duration of Stroke: 3-5 seconds
• Erection Level: 50-85%

Mini Jelq The mini jelq is a variation of the basic jelq, and is in fact quite
similar to it. It is often used to aid in the fixing of penile curvature that men wish
to rid themselves of. The same precautions and steps go into performing the
mini-jelq, the only difference being that you do not put pressure on the entire
penis, but rather the middle and outward parts towards the glans.

Side Jelq To perform the side jelq, begin with a normal jelq with your penis
being 75-85% erect. Towards the halfway point of jelqing, simply place your
other hand at the base of the penis, helping support it. Curve the jelq movement
from side to side. When you reach the glans of the penis, press your palm against
it to complete the bending motion.

The Quick Jelq This form of the jelqing technique is pretty self-explanatory. If
you are ever short on time and need to jelq for the day to get in your adequate
penile exercise, this variation of jelqing is the same as the basic jelq; only you
perform it at a faster rate. You will also have to do more repetitions in order to
achieve the same result as the basic jelq, as you are going at a faster rate and not
doing it for the same length of time.

Jelqing Tips and Tricks • Always jelq with some sort of lubricant –
Whether you use baby oil, olive oil, Vaseline, essential oils, etc., lubricant will
ensure that you get the most bang from your time when it comes to jelqing.
Never use conditioner, shampoo, or soap as a lubricant. This can dry out and
cause damage to the sensitive skin that your penis has.

• Do not grasp your penis too tight – Ensure that you are using a
generous amount of pressure when grasping your penis with your hands,
but not too much as it could cause bruising and soreness. If you do, that
will keep you from properly and regularly performing other exercises.

• Remove excessive hair – It is pretty darn difficult to perform any
penile exercises with an extreme bush around the base of your cock. It can
also be extremely painful if your fingers catch and tug on any pubic hair
that may be there. The best thing to do before you start any sort of penis
stretching or exercises, is to remove any additional hair so that it doesn’t
get in the way of an adequate exercise.

• Jelq when semi-erect – Never attempt to practice jelqing when your
penis is fully erect. This can cause major injury. Always perform this
action when your penis is only 50-75% erect. You will get more out of it
this way too!

• Warm up AND warm down after each jelqing session – I cannot
stress the importance of warming up the penile area and giving it a chance
to cool down after performing jelqing exercises. Using a heating pad, rice
sock or even taking a warm shower beforehand will do the trick to ensure
adequate blood flow and promotion of growth. It will also prevent you
from injuring yourself as well.

• Consistency is key – Just like any other type of exercise, jelqing
takes time to see the results you want. To achieve success, make sure to

Chapter 3 – Practicing Using Your Thrust Muscles:
How to Move for Better Se x

One of the things that women want when you make love is regularity in your
thrusting patterns. They’re a bit like the engine of a Rolls Royce. Sometimes
they need more throttle, while at other times, they are quite happy for you to take
your time. However, the rhythm of the thrust is what’s important. You must be
steady in either situation, never speeding up or slowing down.

For this exercise, you need to stand up. You may find that you can do this best in
the shower, because you are already in the standing position. Shape your hand
into the all familiar jelqing position and use a little lube if you want to, but not
too much. As you would normally use your hand to stimulate the penis, then
gently coax the penis to semi hardness and then full hardness.

Place your hand around the penis, but this time, instead of using the hand
movement to encourage the penis to grow, use your bodily thrust through your
fingers to move yourself as if making love with a woman. This helps the muscles
get into a familiar rhythm for the thrust, and as you do this, try to make your
thrusts even and hold yourself back from ejaculation. You need to do this until
you cannot hold the position any longer and feel that need to ejaculate. Holding
yourself back is key in this exercise. You do not want to give into the feeling of
ejaculation, because that will not be helping you.

The Thrust Used with a Woman If you are conscious about the size of your
penis and your lasting ability, there is a very good fix that you can use which
depends upon two things – your sensitivity toward the woman and your ability to
be loving and kind to her. Both are very important for you to remember, as your

Foreplay The reason that you use foreplay to help you in sex is not only to
warm her up, but also to make her damp and receptive to your passion toward
her. But remember, just like with the jelqing act, you don’t want her too wet!

24. Place wrist of second hand underneath your stretched penis.
25. Rest second hand on wrist of the first hand.
26. Push wrist of second hand upward, utilizing it as a type of lever,
while you pull downward with first hand. Maintain stretch for 10
seconds.
27. Release both hands. Repeat until you do as many reps as desired.
28. Ensure adequate cool down time.

• The Double Hand – This is an advanced variation of a milking
