In my pursuit of new creative endeavors, I was excited to find a teaching

opportunity within the Lacey Township school district. During my semester
student teaching at Lanoka Harbor Elementary School, I was made aware of
opening positions. I believe that I can bring valuable contributions to your team
and have qualifications that make me an excellent candidate for this role.

In my time Student Teaching in a Fourth-Grade classroom In Lacey township,

my successes have stemmed from essential skills, including differentiated
instruction and mastery level knowledge in technology and communication
skills.  I have enhanced my interpersonal abilities and cultivated a reputation as
a major contributor in the Lanoka Harbor Elementary School through
motivation and communication. I am a collaborative team player who is
always searching for opportunities to gain valuable insights. With these
qualities, I can facilitate positive change and impactful outcomes. I assumed
the role of classroom teacher when my mentor teacher was ill for several
weeks. Running a fourth-grade classroom on my own gave me the opportunity
to plan, lead and create relationships with my students that gave me a further
understanding of the best classroom dynamic for their unique skills.

Throughout my experience student teaching in Lacey Township, as well as in

previous placements, I was required to think on my feet. I was introduced to
the idea that in teaching no two days will be the same and you must always
be ready for whatever obstacle is placed in your way. Throughout each
endeavor and challenge I have persevered and used these experiences to
learn and develop as a person and educator. Just as I encourage my students
to do, I am willing to take any challenge and use it as a positive learning
experience.
