SA Funding – Travel Bag Offer

This Offer is from RBL Bank Limited (‘‘RBL Bank’’) to fund your Savings Account/Current Account and
keep the incremental funds for minimum of 10 days to get Travel Bag(“Offer”). The Offer applies to customer
of RBL Bank who has received direct communication via SMS/Email from RBL Bank (‘‘Customer’’) and who
fund their Savings Account during the campaign period i.e. from 1st November to 30th November (“Offer
Period”) on the following terms and conditions:

Program:
1. By participating in this campaign, Users agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Offer. Any
person participating in this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and
Conditions. “Users” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions shall mean such people who receive
a communication directly from RBL Bank about the campaign via SMS, e-mailer, Phone Call,
Notification or WhatsApp alert and who fund an account with RBL bank with Rs.25000 for at least 10
days or more from 1st November 2021 till 30th November 2021.
2. This Offer is only valid for the Customers who have received direct communication via SMS, e-mailer,
Phone Call, Notification or WhatsApp alert from RBL Bank.
3. Customer has to deposit the amount as mentioned below and keep the incremental amount for a minimum
of 10 days to be eligible for corresponding offer:

4. Eligible customers will receive the Travel bag only on their registered address within 60 (sixty) days once
the Offer period is over.
5. The customer has to make a single deposit of the said amount to be eligible for the offer (Excluding any
lien amount or applicable charges). Multiple deposits adding up to the said amount will not be considered.
6. Day end balance of 31st October 2021 will be considered to calculate the incremental balance.
7. Existing balance with the incremental amount credited of Rs. 25,000 has to be maintained for at least
10 days and this is exclusive of Bank initiated debits.
8. The fund transferred from one RBL Bank account to another will not be considered.
9. RBL Bank initiated credits will be excluded
10. One unique CIF per Customer is eligible for one Travel Bag in the SA Funding – Travel Bag offer
11. Only one Travel Bag will be given per Unique CIF on funding the specific eligible mapped account under
the CIF as per the received communication via SMS by customer through RBL.
12. A Customer can claim maximum of 1 Travel bag in the SA Funding – Travel Bag offer (at CIF level)
13. Customer with common registered Email ID or Phone no. for multiple accounts/CIFs will be eligible for
the Account no. communicated via SMS.
14. Salary credits will not be considered.
15. The customer may deposit the said amount using any of the following channels: Demand draft, cheque,
cash or NEFT/RTGS/ IMPS/UPI from non- RBL Bank account.
16. Offer is only valid for the Customer who receives the communication and cannot be extended to family,
friends or otherwise.
17. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion/ offer/ accounts running on the website of the
RBL Bank Limited www.rblbank.com.
18. For NRI customers, if eligible, the bag can be delivered only to the provided registered address based in
India.
19. The Offer is non- transferable, non-negotiable and non-cashable.
20. RBL Bank employees will not be eligible to receive the free gift (Travel Bag).
21. Customers are not bound in any manner to avail the Offer. Participation by the Customers is purely
voluntary and on participation or utilizing the Offer, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions of the Offer at all times.
22. RBL Bank has all the right to revoke, cancel or modify the Offer specifics.
23. RBL Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent
activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or
otherwise by use of the services.

24. RBL Bank makes no representation and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any
kind of Travel Bag to the Customer as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness
for any particular purpose.
25. RBL Bank is not responsible for any errors and/or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein.
All information is provided on "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. RBL Bank makes no
representation and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the User and/or
any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness,
merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose .
26. If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in whole or
in part, the Terms and Conditions shall continue to be valid as to its other provisions and remainder of
such affected provision.
27. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any
advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, the final decision will be RBL Bank’s discretion.
28. The bag does not carry any guarantee / warranty and RBL Bank will not be responsible for any defect or
damage of the same.
29. Failure by RBL Bank to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
30. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The decision made by RBL Bank in
relation to this Offer and matter incidental there to shall be final and binding on the Customer. The courts
at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes with respect to all the subject
matter related to the Offer.

32. RBL Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy
in the services/ sale/ quality rendered by our Travel Bag campaign partner, its agents or representatives
and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold RBL Bank responsible or liable for, any actions, claims,
demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses etc. that he/she may suffer on account of the
reward product.
33. Images shown in the marketing campaigns or in the mail are indicative of the quality and style of the
product and not the exact replica.
