1. JOB PURPOSE

Dyeing production officer plays a vital role by ensuring proper follow-up with both physically and with the help of
system (sedomaster & TDH). S/he ensures all the required documentations are well maintained and also
responsible for compliance related activities. He also needs to participate in critical decision making procedures in
order to strengthen the department versatility in terms of solving critical issues.

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE
(Indicate the minimum recruitment specification and also the ideal person specification for fully satisfactory job performance)

Qualifications and Education: B.Sc in Textile engineering (Wet Process Technology) or B.Sc in applied chemistry
or B.Sc in Chemical engineering.

Experience: 1-2 Years of experience in dyeing & finishing unit (knit based)

Training:

Knowledge: Knowledge on various types of fabric and their dyeing process; various types of dyeing machines

This job requires a lot of follow up to meet the accountabilities. S/he needs to track each machine in order to
process batches as per program. S/he needs to be accurate while providing reports where integrity will be his
major competency. S/he ensures good quality fabric output by ensuring all the checkpoints are under proper
follow-up. The job is mostly a follow-up and reporting related job.
