Hello everyone.

I have tried figuring out the community issue facing my society, and there are several

problems here, let me talk about drug abuse. Drug abuse is the use of chemical substances to

have pleasurable effects. Many cases of drug abuse have been reported, especially among the

youth. The most affected group by this problem are the youth, and the social workers are

responsible for providing the solution for the problem. The challenge that has prevented them

from answering is the lack of therapy centers to deal with peer pressure.

The government should provide therapy centers for therapists to have sessions with the

youths. Youths of San Francisco have been reported to have developed addiction due to drug

abuse and are at the risk of contracting other diseases.

To provide facilities for therapy involves society and the government. The government

should allocate resources to fund the development of these facilities and ensure that they are

functional. Also, youths should be encouraged to visit these facilities to get help on drug abuse

issues.
