1. I assume that the cheer dance competition at your school's mass event requires
precautionary measures because you should prepare and compete in a safe manner since
cheerleading can result in common injuries to the feet, ankles, and legs that are typically not
serious. . Cheerleaders, on the other hand, can sustain neck and back problems. These kinds
of injuries might leave you unable for the rest of your life.

very important when participating in any physical activities.
