This is to fulfill the Leadership course assignment with the title "Critical"

Book Review” in a very simple form and content. Hopefully

This paper can be used as a reference, guide or

guide for readers.

The author hopes that this paper will help increase knowledge

and experience for its readers, so that we can improve

the form and content of this paper so that in the future it can be better

again. This paper still has many shortcomings because of our experience

have very less. Therefore, the writer hopes that the readers

Completing lecture assignments with an introductory course in management,

on some of the advantages and disadvantages of the contents of the book , Give
students reference books to study

Knowing the contents of reference books, Knowing what are the advantages of
books, nowing what books lack ,Make it easier for readers to understand the
contents of the book, Adding insight to writers & readers.

CRITICAL BOOK REVIEW

Written by Erwin Hari Kurniawan, published in 2010. Published in public high schools. Volume
3, 66 pages, total citations are referenced twice.

1. BOOK TITLE

The title of the book under review is English Grammar, written by Erwin Hari
Kurniawan, published in SMA Negeri 3 Kediri, on 2010, the number of pages is 66.

CHAPTER II BOOK BSUMMARY


The book will probably be most useful at middle- and upper-intermediate levels (where all or

nearly all of the material will be relevant), and can serve both as a basis for revision and as a

means for practising new structures. It will also be useful for some more advanced students who

have problems with grammar and need a book for reference and practice. The book is not

intended to be used by elementary learners. The units are organised in grammatical categories

(Present and past, reading and nouns, Prepositions etc.). They are not ordered according to level

of difficulty, so the book should not be worked through from beginning to end. It should be used

selectively and flexibly in accordance with the grammar syllabus being used and the difficulties

students are having. The book can be used for immediate consolidation or for later revision or

remedial work. It might be used by the whole class or by individual students needing extra help.

The left-hand pages (explanations and examples) are written for the student to use individually,

but they may of course be used by the teacher as a source of ideas and information on which to

3.1 Advantages of Books

- This book has a book display that can attract readers' interest,The layout and layout of this book

is neat and well written,The identity of the book is very clear,Books are arranged in detail and

systematically., Books are arranged with complete material

3.2 Lack of Books

- There are many mistakes in words and sentences that ,do not match the standard word,

,Material is too deep and broad, Excessive use of letters


4.1 CONCLUSION
Based on the discussion above, we can conclude that Critical Book is an activity
to criticize books, to find out the advantages and disadvantages of books, both in
systematic writing, language use, material content and book appearance. This is
done so that the book that is criticized can be revised so that it becomes a better
book.

Based on the explanation of the author of the book explaining the material
about BASIC ENGLISH GRAMMSR And according to the advantages and
disadvantages of the book, the author concludes that this book is capable enough to
be used as teaching material on campus or in lectures or even just a guide for
teachers as a guide to carry out the learning process in the classroom. class. In
addition, from a pleasant and good explanation, it can make it easier for readers to
understand and imitate what the author made to be able to actually implement it in
the teaching and learning process activities.

realizes that in this CBR Report research there are still many errors and
shortcomings. For this reason, the authors really hope for criticism and suggestions
