Overview
This document was created for the purpose of conducting a case study
interview for the position Site Project Engineer.
Candidates are required to make the necessary preparations prior to the date
of interview.
Candidates are welcome to ask clarifying questions regarding the case study.
You have been appointed as the new Project Engineer to look over
the drawings and plan out the required elements on site.
In part (c) you will be faced with some situational challenges that
need your solution(s).
Case Study (b)
You are required to lookover the drawing of an example landed
project attached and prepare a proposal.
You catch one of the workers adding water into the mixed concrete, what is
your next action?

live site for day to day routines?

What is your best method to juggle between site and office admin work?
In your experience, what is the best way to manage site inspection to avoid
defects and mistakes?
