unlawfully, feloniously and deliberately cause damage to the property of
said AGNES CUEVAS y AMPON, by hitting and destroying his Suzuki
Smash scooter bearing plate no. TO-1104 with the use of stone and piece
of wood, thereby causing damage to the above-mentioned property in the
amount of P15,000.00, to the damage and prejudice of the said owner in
the aforesaid amount of P15,000.00, Philippine Currency.

said ATTY. MARICAR GADDI, by punching and hitting the windshield of
his Toyota Vios model 2010 taxi bearing plate no. UVA-752 being driven
by MANUEL RIZARDO y MAXIMOM, thereby causing damage to the
above-mentioned property in the amount of P11,500.00, to the damage
and prejudice of the said owner in the aforesaid amount of P11,500.00,
Philippine Currency.
