How to withdraw the balance from your nonolive account to your payoneer account

Tips：
（1） First of all, you must have a payoneer account of your own (tips: to register a payoneer
account you must reach 18 years old, you must must bind your own payoneer account because you
can’t unbind your payoneer account by yourself within nonolive app).
（2） exchange rate: 736diamonds≈1US dollar
To withdraw from nonolive balance to payoneer account，the lowest withdraw amount is 10 US
dollars and the handling fee is 2 US dollars in all the countries and regions. If your nonolive
balance is more than 10 US dollars (7360 diamonds), then you can do the following steps to
withdraw your nonolive balance to your payoneer account.

1、 First click on “Wallet” in the following page to view your account balance.
2、 Click“Exchange to cash”under the wallet page.

3、 After clicking on“Exchange to cash” ， there is“Terms of Service”page ， please read it

carefully, If you have no objection to the terms， click on“Agree the terms”.
 4、 The system will prompt you to bind your phone number which is shown below, please
click on“OK”.（Tips: The phone number is the only way to reset your password, please
make sure filling the right phone number.）

5、 Enter phone number, then system prompts you to confirm the binding of your Nonolive
account with the phone number. Click on“Confirm”after checking.
6、Click on“Get verification code”，you can receive a verification code, click on “Next” to enter
the code you have received and click on “OK”, then you are succeed to bind your phone
number. (bind phone number)
7、 If you are the first time to withdraw from Nonolive balance to your payoneer account ,
system will remind you to set a withdraw password first. Click on“Get verification code”，you
will receive a verification code, click on “Next”to enter the code you have received and click on
“OK”.
8、Then enter password twice to set your password and confirm it. The password is 6 digits.

9、After clicking on “OK” system will remind you “successfully set”, then click on “OK”.
10、Enter “Withdraw“ page，choose“Withdraw Method”.

11、Choose payoneer to withdraw.

12、System will prompt an operation tip，please read it carefully，and click on “Confirm”
注意事項：Please make sure you have a legal account whose owner is over 18 years because
if you succeed to bind an account, you can‘t unbind it by yourself within Nonolive app.

13、Enter the password you have set to confirm your identity.

14 、 If you have a successfully registered account ， click on “Already have a Payoneer
Account”to enter the log in page. If you don’t have a payoneer account, please choose
“Individual” and fill in your personal registration information.

15、Enter your payoneer account，click on“Sign in”.

16 、 Then system prompts that you have succeeded to bind Payoneer account, click on top left
corner of the page to return the withdraw page.

17 、 After choosing the withdraw method, the page of“Withdraw Method”will display your
Payoneer account，please enter the amount you would like to withdraw and click on “Next”.
Tips: To withdraw from nonolive balance to payoneer account ，the minimum amount is 10 US
dollars and the handling fee is 2 US dollars in all the countries and regions. If your nonolive
balance is more than 10 US dollars(7360 diamonds), then you can do the following steps to
withdraw your nonolive balance to your payoneer account.

18、Enter the password ( 6 digits)。

19 、Then your withdraw request is under review, in general the review time is about 5 natural
days. It means your withdraw request will be passed after 5*24hours, then your withdraw amount
will arrive at your payoneer account.
