LAWFUL REQUEST AND DEMAND FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT

OF COVID-19
Written by Prof. Ian Brighthope

THIS IS A REQUEST AND DEMAND FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR COVID-19

INFECTED PATIENTS, PATIENTS WITH LONG COVID AND PATIENTS WITH
COVID POST-VACCINATION INJURY AND SYNDROMES.

This request, or lawful demand if the request is refused, is for the clinic or hospital
doctor in charge of my case to incorporate the use of the agents and modalities
that are commonly used by experts in the recognised practices of the special
fields of Integrative and Nutritional Medicine.

In particular, I require that I be given High Dose Intravenous Vitamin C (sodium

ascorbate) immediately on admission to hospital. The starting dose is to be
15,000mg in the first hour followed by another 15,000mg in the second hour. I will
require an urgent G6PD deficiency test but this will not prevent the immediate
administration of the vitamin C. Then I require to be given at least 60,000mg over
the next 24 hours. I have been informed that these doses are safe and will either
prevent or treat acute viral respiratory infections and subsequent lung damage, the
cytokine storm and sepsis. I am also to be administered High Dose Vitamin D and
intravenous zinc.

I request that the hospital physician in charge of my care communicate openly and
freely with my usual medical practitioner or a practitioner of my choice. This
communication shall occur regularly during the day and in particular at all times
when my condition changes.
The hospital physician must also regularly communicate in a similar manner with
my nearest relatives or guardian.

This request does not preclude the use of the orthodox medicines and treatments
traditionally used in hospital and critical care situations. However, intubation,
ventilation, tracheostomy and other invasive procedures must be remain a last
resort. Medications of dubious clinical value such as remdesivir are not to be
administered and vaccinations or boosters are also forbidden.

These requests are based on my international rights and are consistent with the
physician’s pledge of the World Medical Association of which the Australian
Medical Association is a signatory. In particular, the relevant parts of the pledge
are:

The health and well-being of my patient will be my first consideration;

I WILL RESPECT the autonomy and dignity of my patient;
I WILL MAINTAIN the utmost respect for human life;
I WILL NOT PERMIT considerations of age, disease or disability, creed, ethnic
origin, gender, nationality, political affiliation, race, sexual orientation, social
standing or any other factor to intervene between my duty and my patient;
