Lawful Request and Demand For Special Treatment
Lawful Request and Demand For Special Treatment
OF COVID-19
Written by Prof. Ian Brighthope
This request, or lawful demand if the request is refused, is for the clinic or hospital
doctor in charge of my case to incorporate the use of the agents and modalities
that are commonly used by experts in the recognised practices of the special
fields of Integrative and Nutritional Medicine.
I request that the hospital physician in charge of my care communicate openly and
freely with my usual medical practitioner or a practitioner of my choice. This
communication shall occur regularly during the day and in particular at all times
when my condition changes.
The hospital physician must also regularly communicate in a similar manner with
my nearest relatives or guardian.
This request does not preclude the use of the orthodox medicines and treatments
traditionally used in hospital and critical care situations. However, intubation,
ventilation, tracheostomy and other invasive procedures must be remain a last
resort. Medications of dubious clinical value such as remdesivir are not to be
administered and vaccinations or boosters are also forbidden.
These requests are based on my international rights and are consistent with the
physician’s pledge of the World Medical Association of which the Australian
Medical Association is a signatory. In particular, the relevant parts of the pledge
are:
My name is:…………………………………………………………………………………
My address is:………………………………………………………………………………
……………………………………………………………………Post Code
Signature of Patient……………………………………………………………………….
