REPORTED SPEECH:

Se utiliza cuando queremos expresar el significado general de lo


que alguien dijo. El tiempo verbal cambia:

De presente simple a pasado simple, se conjuga el verbo


Infinitivo al de la Segunda Columna.

PRESENT SIMPLE

PAST SIMPLE

Se tiene en cuenta el pronombre del emisor (I, He, She, They,

Cuando hablamos de algo que no ha cambiado (que sigue siendo


cierto), no es necesario cambiar el tiempo verbal.
“I’m 30 years old,” she said. → She said she is 30 years old
