Re: Pennsylvania “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART CLXXII] – “Manning” Barricades
{}

First, it’s desirable to summarize my input during last Tuesday’s A.V.A. Zoom-call that had,
as its sole agenda item, solicitation of recommendations for state legislative proposals.
[Again, I only relate what I said, rather than quoting from the confidential input of others.]
As noted two days ago, I presented one suggestion that seemed [finally!] to resonate well:
I disagree with any “early ballot processing,” for ALL tabulations must be accomplished
at the precinct-level [the tradition prior to the explosion of absentee voting]; this is the
only way to preclude massive fraud that’s achieved when ghost voters supplant the
same-day voters [ensuring proper signature-confirmation and curtailing provisionals].

The U.S. Code mandates what’s been conveniently forgotten: “The Tuesday next after
the 1st Monday in November, in every even numbered year, is established as the DAY for
the election, in each of the States and Territories of the United States, of Representatives
and Delegates to the Congress commencing on the 3rd day of January next thereafter.”

This one intervention would have a ripple effect that would minimize the post-election
tabulation pressure, for the workload would be divvied-up within each precinct; further,
concerns regarding “training” would be minimized by noting the impact of the growing
“Precinct Project” that is intended to repopulate the GOP staff/volunteers with ENERGY.
Indeed, if/when a guidebook is generated for poll-watchers and lawyer-consultants,
empowering the former [with key rejoinders when a given observation triggers action]
will predictably minimize the need to involve the latter [whose legal options may vary
among the states]. Most of the key-concerns overlap throughout America, so it’s unlikely
that any top-ten list need be composed; everyone should be apprised of devilish-detail.

Second, with Sean Parnell’s sudden exit, the GOP’s PA-Senate race is an “open event,”
per “experts and Republican officials” accustomed to maintaining the status quo ante.
The “abrupt departure of one of the leading Republican candidates” (a Trump-endorsed
military vet) could push GOP influence-peddlers to seek a fresh face instead of putting the
party’s clout behind someone who is already running (noting the tacit assumption that
the current field is deficient without citing the strengths, for example, of Kathy Barnette).
It’s annoying that [carpetbagger] “celebrity” Dr. Mehmet Oz joined Pa.’s U.S. Senate race,
as presaged/desired by PA-GOP “insiders”; my comment remains on-point, noting that
his performance @ Columbia (years ago) and his policy-set have escaped scrutiny.
