 Biografia da One Direction

The Boyband One Direction, which occasionally has its abbreviated name for 1D, is a
boys-only band and was created in London in the UK in 2010. It consists of the British
boys Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik , and by the Irishman
Niall Horan.
The quintet was created after its members took part in the famous TV show, X-Factor,
a musical reality show, like the Fame that was performed in Brazil. They had to join
the program, to compete in the group category and ended up getting third place
among all the finalists.
The boys' debut song was What Makes You Beautiful and was released on September
11, 2011, reaching number one on the UK Singles Chart. The next working song was
Gotta Be You, "released on November 13 of the same year, and soon followed the
release of the band's upcoming album, Up All Night, dated November 21, 2011.
the album was so successful that it was the sixteenth best seller of the year in the UK
with approximately 468,000 copies. The band soon signed a contract with Columbia
Records to release the same album in March 2012, however, in North America.
With all this, in less than two years of career, the band is already the winner of three 4
Music Awards, two Kids Choice Awards, one NME Awards, two Bizarre Awards, and a
Brit Awards, due to the 2011 best single The boys are inspired by singers and pop
bands, also British and American rock, especially Coldplay Snow Patrol, Elvis Presley,
Robbie Williams, Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga.
However, according to vocalist Payne, the main band that influences the group is a
well-known of many people, who also made a lot of success, the Backstreet Boys
group, both for the musical career as for the personal life.
 Biography of the members of one direction

Niall Horan - was born in Mullingar, Ireland, on September 13, 1993. He is

the son of Maura Gallagher and Bobby Horan, and has a brother. His
parents have been divorced since he was only five. He and his brother
lived between the two of them for a few years, and when they were
young they chose to live with their father in Mullingar. For a time Niall
attended the choir of his school, singing in a Christmas song.

Zayn Malik - born in the city of Bradford, England on January 12, 1993,
son of Tricia Malik and Yaser. Unlike Niall, there are three more brothers,
one older sister, and two younger sisters. At the audition for the musical
reality show that participated he sang the song Let Me Love You of singer
Mario. Just as the other members of Zayn dreamed of the fame of Bruno
Mars. In 2012, the singer revealed to the public that he was dating Perrie
Edwards who is part of the Little Mix group.
Liam Payne - he was born in the city of Wolverhampton, also in England,
on August 29, 1993, being the son of Karen and Geoff and has two older
sisters. Until his four years underwent medical supervision and made
several regular examinations, for having had dysfunctional problems in
one of his kidneys. Like many other boys, Liam was bullied at school,
which led him to attend boxing classes to learn how to defend himself. He
also studied music technology at the City of Wolverhampton College and,
in addition to playing the piano, he also sings and plays guitar. Currently
Liam is in a serious relationship with dancer Danielle Peazer, who has also
played in bands like Jessie J. and The Saturdays. They met while attending
Thex Factor in 2010 and have had a love affair ever since. Peazer has
received several death threats and other forms of cyberbullying through
Twitter, because of his courtship with Liam.

Harry Styles - was born in Cheshire, England, on February 1, 1994. He is

the son of Anne and Des, and has only one sister, older. His parents split
up when he was seven. Before joining The X Factor, he was the lead singer
of a band called White Eskimo, who had Haydn Morris on guitar, Nick
Clough on bass and Will Sweeny as drummer.
Louis William Tomlinson - Born in Doncaster, England, on December 24,
1991, he was the oldest member of the band. He is the son of Johannah
and Mark, and has five sisters, all younger. Unlike the parents of other
band members, his parents separated shortly thereafter, only in 2011. He
studied at Hall Cross School, where he performed in several productions,
and also at the Hayfield School. Her siblings also had an artistic career and
had roles in a children's series called Fat Friends, and Louis always
accompanied them to serve as a role model. He later attended an acting
school in the city of Barnsley. He also starred in an ITV drama film called If
I Had You and had a small role on Waterloo Road. In 2010, he auditioned
solo in the seventh edition of The X Factor program, shortly after the
auditor asked him to change the song while singing the song "Elvis Is not
Dead." He was also eliminated from the category "boys and eventually
placed in the band along with other members of One Direction.
