TECSON WRITING AND SPEAKING TASK 1

BSN 1A PERSUASIVE ESSAY

What is an AI? An AI, or Artificial Intelligence, is a type of intelligence that is

mainly used on robots or machines operated to behave the way its creator wants it. It

has progressed in ways that are hard to describe in recent years. In some instances,

their intelligence can be greater than humans. Is it really necessary for AI to be fully

embraced by our society?

The answer is no, it cannot. There are several abilities humans possess that AI

does not. Unlike AI, humans possess a talent called creativity, the ability to come up

with original ideas even with little inspiration. Though AI can interpolate pre-existing

animations and even produce works of art using photographs and even blocks of color,

they will still never be able to completely replace human artists because they lack

creativity. Even though they are capable of doing very difficult tasks that humans usually

cannot handle, they are still unable to express feelings or personalities because AI are

soulless beings.

While AI makes our lives easier, at the same time, it could also make us even

lazier. It's more fulfilling to achieve our goals without the help of AI because we worked

hard to get there. With AI, all you have to do is think about your goal, and robots will do

it instead of you, which is extremely boring. Yes, AI is continuously evolving, but

humans are still evolving as well. All of us are still capable of discovering our raw talents

as we develop and explore our actual selves.
