HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 ACCOUNT

A Step-by-step Guide

Step 1. Type in your browser http://office.microsoft.com/

Step 2. In the upper right portion of your screen, click Sign in to your account.

Step 3. Enter your DepEd Email Address. (Refer to the Excel file)

Step 4. Enter your current password. (Refer again to the Excel file)

Step 5. Update your current password. New Password must be alpha numeric with
special characters and minimum of 8 characters.

Step 6. Click Next to continue.

Step 7. Verify your account by setting up at least 1 of the options below. In this
example, we will authenticate your account by configuring your mobile number.

Step 8. Select Philippines as your country and enter your mobile number. Do not
include ‘0’ when typing your mobile number. Then click the button text me

Step 9. You will receive a verification code in the number that you have provided.
Enter the verification code in the box and click verify.

Step 10. You may also setup your alternative email and answer security questions
to add additional layer of security to your account. Click Finish to continue.

CONGRATULATIONS! You now have access to your DepEd

Microsoft Office 365 account!

Note: You can also install Office 365 to your computer and mobile devices. Click
Install Office to download the installer. After installation, start Office and sign in
with the account you use for Office 365. You may install and use your DepEd Office
365 account up to 5 devices.
