TRUTHS that govern the GodTrust

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let
them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the
cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and
over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”

God gave me, man, dominion over the Land, Air, and Water, and this became the
LAW.
Land is Common Law - rights/property/equity Law, concerns patents, deeds,
grants Air is Ecclesiastical/Canon Law - Trust Law, all things held in trust.

These are the three Jurisdictions. Defined: Juris = right Law, Diction = Words.
It’s the words (diction) you use that determines the right law (Juris) under which
you stand.
We are self-governed through our beliefs in a superior creator, a God. That we will
atone, and be responsible for our sins. Therefore, we love thy neighbor and do no
harm. We seek to do good in all things.

"This constitution is the supreme law of the land... all judicial officers of the United
States are bound, by oath or affirmation to support. ". Hayburn's Case, 2 U.S. 408

"It is never to be forgotten that in the construction of the language of the constitution... as,
indeed, in all other instances where construction becomes necessary, we are to place
ourselves as nearly as possible in the condition of the men who framed that instrument. "
Ex Parte Bain, 121 U.S. 1, 7 S.Ct. 781

"The United States of America is entirely a creature of the Constitution. Its power and
authority have no other source. It can only act in accordance with all the limitations
imposed by the Constitution." Reid v. Covert, 354 U.S. 1, 77 S.Ct. 1222

"... neither the legislative, executive, nor judicial departments of the Government can
lawfully exercise any authority beyond the limits marked out by the Constitution."

"This is the supreme court, and by reason of its supremacy must have the superintendence
of the inferior tribunals and officers, whether judicial or ministerial."

Marbury v. Madison, 1 Cranch 137

"The Constitution nowhere makes reference to "legislative courts." "The power given
to Congress in Art 1, s 8, cl. 9, "To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court,"
plainly relates to the "inferior Courts" provided for in Art. Ill, s 1; it has never been relied
on for establishment of any other tribunals."
Glidden Co v. Zdanok, 370 U.S. 530, 82 S.Ct. 1459
''Any such modification of a contract, by subsequent legislation, against the consent of
one of the parties, unquestionably impairs its obligations, and is prohibited by the
Constitution."

"The powers not delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

United States v. Darby, 312 U.S. 100, 61 S.Ct. 451

''A court of equity... will compel the trustee to do all the specific acts required of him by
the terms of the trust. "

Clews v. Jamieson, 182 U.S. 461, 21 S.Ct 845

"Neither this Court, nor any branch of this Government, will consider the merits or
fallacies of a religion. Nor will the Court compare the beliefs, dogmas, and practices of a
newly organized religion with those of an older, more established religion. Nor will the
Court praise or condemn a religion, however excellent or fanatical or preposterous it may
seem. Were the Court to do so, it would impinge upon the guarantees of the First
Amendment..." Universal Life Church v. United States of America, 372 F. Sup. 770
