ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

Much has changed as Royal Caribbean has expanded as a global enterprise. One
concept, however, has remained constant: their dedication to honesty and ethical
culture. They feel that our values are a critical component of their company's long-term
success. It's not just about being excellent at what they do; it's also about how they're
doing: with honesty, fairness, integrity, and trust. Because of their devotion to its core
values and ethical culture, Royal Caribbean has gained the respect of their employees,
passengers, stockholders, and communities over the years. Their Code of Conduct has
evolved into a company-wide resource and philosophy of ethical decision making and
good corporate governance. Regardless of their previous achievements, they must
keep striving for ever-better ethical behavior and integrity. So in this way will they be
able to maintain a great place to work, preserve their solid reputation, and guarantee
the long-term success of their Organization, cruise brands, employees, guests, and
shareholders.

FROM THE COMPANY
As a vacation company, our business is making people happy by delivering memorable
vacations. To do so, we connect people to people through our cruises around the world
and take care of them with a diverse and passionate team of employees.

Diversity at Royal Caribbean Group can be seen among our nearly 80,000 employees
of 126 nationalities. We foster and celebrate our differences at sea and within our
corporate offices with the engagement of our employee resource groups; inclusive,
autism-friendly cruising; and the empowerment of women on maritime career paths.

The maritime industry has historically been predominantly male, but we have charted a
course to change that. In 2007, we named the cruise industry’s first female captain; now
our Celebrity Cruises cruise line has and continues to take it further with the goal of
raising the ratio of women to men on their ships’ bridges.

Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises offer autism-friendly interactive

initiatives on our cruise ships for families living with autism, Down syndrome and other
developmental disabilities. This includes sensory-friendly films and toys, dietary menu
options and overall autism-friendly training for Adventure Ocean staff and more.

We believe in making commitments, and we take them seriously. In 2019, we adopted

the United Nations Standards of Conduct for Business, and this year, our Chairman and
CEO signed the CEOAction for Diversity and Inclusion.

Royal Caribbean has also been recognized by Ethisphere for our business practices six
years in a row, and received perfect sores in both the Human Rights Campaign
Foundations Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and the Disability Equality Index (DEI).

What we can look forward to:

 We have made specific commitments to address equal opportunities for women,

for ethnically diverse populations and for segmented populations.
 Following the recent events that sparked national and international conversations
about Race and Social Injustice, we committed to creating the space to learn about
our employees’ different perspectives and experiences. We continue to conduct
numerous listening sessions across our businesses, to identify ways in which the
company can best support employees, and how employees can support each other.
 We recently launched Sea More, a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) series of bold
and transparent conversations with leaders and employees at the Group, to keep
advancing the conversations, stories and thinking focused on D&I.
 We are developing a companywide MentorSHIP program to support
development and foster career growth opportunities.
 Each quarter, via pulse surveys, we measure core and supporting talent drivers.
Employee feedback has impacted several areas of the employee experience,
including special days off, new recognition programs, listening tours and leadership
town halls.
