FOR THE INFORMATION OF ALL APPLICANTS

SELECTION OF EXECUTIVE TRAINEE (IT) IN CSL:

EXTENSION OF LAST DATE AND UNDERTAKING REG.

1. Refer Clause E (h) (xxi) & F of the Vacancy notification No. P&A/18(220)/2020 dtd
28 February 2020 for the post of Executive Trainee (Information Technology) in CSL
published on our website www.cochinshipyard.com.

2. In the present context of country wide lock down to prevent the COVID-19
pandemic, it has been decided to extend the last date of submission of Application
Online for the post of Executive Trainee (Information Technology) in CSL as per the
notification referred above.

Last Date of Online Application :15 April 2020

3. The applicants belonging to the reserved category who are yet to obtain certificate
of proof for their claim as SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS and PwBD may submit an
undertaking in the attached format at the time of submission of online application.
Such applicants, if short-listed, shall submit the relevant certificates at the time of
certificate verification.

4. All other Terms and Conditions in the above referred vacancy notification remains
unchanged.
