For becoming an excellent architect, an excellent education is a must.

I, Aiswarya Juby, born on 27th

August 2003 in Kerala, India would like to study BSc (Hons) Architecture at University of creative arts ,
UK. Being an architect has always been my dream and I am certain that pursuing education from this
institution will provide me with the right opportunity to achieve my goals. From a young age, my
interests have always revolved around structures, buildings, design, and how these things came to be. I
grew to be fascinated by architectural masterpieces. I could spend minutes staring at buildings, then
trying to replicate the same in my mind to see whether I could figure a piece like that out. So, right from
then, I knew what my career path would look like. I knew where my interests lie .I am passionate,
hardworking and determined and I believe I have what it takes.

Regarding my academic background, my education was pursued under the Central Board of
Secondary Education of India. I opted for Science as my main subject in 11th and 12th Grade in High
School. I completed my secondary school education from MGM Public School, Kottarakara, Kerala in
2018-19, securing 93% points. Later, I enrolled in Rajagiri Christu Jayanthi Public School, Kakkanad,
Kerala for my higher secondary education in 2020-21 and scored 88% points overall. Apart from
academics I love drawing and painting. I am 4 th graded in keyboard from Trinity college of London and
black belt in karate.

After a lot of reading and research I have selected the UK as my study destination. It is a country with
varied people, landscape and climate, and also a culture that believes in equality and diversity. It has
some of the top-rated universities in the world for architecture and I think training there will help me
succeed in my career. The UK has a greater number of QS ranked universities as compared to other
countries like Australia and Canada. These universities offer diverse teaching patterns from lectures to
tutorials to practical sessions. They adapt and update the subject with progress in the field. I also found
that most of the universities offer scholarships and funding to deserving students. Graduating from a
UK university will allow me to work as an architect in the UK as well as all over the world. I will be
privileged to do my bachelor’s degree and work in a country with a world class academic reputation
and people who are tolerant, multicultural and welcoming.

University of creative arts is a leading university in the UK which provides education with excellence
and provides great support in teaching and research. Considering the standard of teaching, student
satisfaction, content and management of course curriculum, I am highly confident to begin my
bachelor’s studies with the University. The internship option with this course provides experience
which will add a great value to my career. I feel I have chosen an ideal place to begin my future in
architecture. With my strong motivation and the program guidance from your esteemed university, I
will make the training a success.

It's a very creative profession, plus the fact that you could have something that you’ve designed realised
in real life. As time progressed, I began to be intrigued by how buildings could affect the way we live,
our mood and behaviour. We spend most of our lives in buildings – through architecture you can
influence the way people live their lives for the better.
Architecture gives you the freedom to use the creative part of your brain, it's an art that works with
science to design places and buildings where people can live, interact, work and play. You get a lot of
opportunities to showcase your creativity and art while designing structures. I am aware of the
difficulties and challenges that accompany this path; however, I possess the dedication to do well in this
field and I am prepared to overcome all the obstacles. My aspiration to undertake this course has been
steadfast and I hope I will be given the opportunity to achieve my goal.
