Test Procedure:
 Check that all circuits are closed and tightened.
 Inject primary current on the CT terminals.
 Take the secondary readings on each circuit.
 Check core identification by shorting each core and check absence of secondary
current on the circuit.
 All the mentioned measuring points are according to the approved schematics.
