One Voice for Peace and Freedom Against Violence : The Battle Cry of

Human Rights Advocates for Children’s Protection Bill

The recently-concluded 3rd Global Conference on Children Protection Bill held last Saturday,
August 21, 2021 became a huge success to all the Human Rights Advocates, Ambassadors and Journalists
from all over the world to end violence against women and children, oppressiob and human trafficking in
different countries, specifically in Bangladesh, South Africa, India and in the Middle East.

(AHRI) Philippines started the program at 8:30 PM (Philippine Standard Time) with a warm welcome to
all the dignitaries and professionals from different parts of the world, specifically to the founder of AHRI
Global, Ambassador Bro. Annamul Hoque.

The Opening Prayer and Prayer for the World were fascinated by Ambassador Professor Nur
Buhari Isah of Bangladesh, aiming for peace amidst the war and violence for those afflicted children
under the war conflicts and human trafficking. It has been proven that regardless of different philosophies
and religion, there is always one prayer and one unite in reaching the lives of the children to escape from
the darkness of life.

Princess Catherine Commandante Sangil, who is also the moderator in this event, added during
the opening prayer the safety and security of some children who were abused and afflicted by the
challenges of poverty, lack of education and malnutrition in some areas in Asia because she believed that
we can do our part to speak in truth and honest leadership. Thus, the future and hope of every nation is
through the hands of our children.

“We Are The Voice of The Vulnerable Children “

Ambassador Bro. Annamul Hoque, founder of Access to Human Rights International (AHRI)
Global, open his speech into a great challenge, to defend our right and to die for our children’s future. The
fact that Human Rights Advocates were also called for their utmost support in spite of many challenges of
the world through the merging of COVID-19 Pandemic, the most vulnerable victims of domestic
violence, sexual abuse and human trafficking are the children.

Bro. Hoque also emphatize the victims of human trafficking in his home country, Bangladesh, as
one of the most threathening and alarming for all gender and all ages as the increasing number of abused
children were happened inside their homes and the community. He also called out the protest for some
countries who were ignorant over their power and influence which has turned into ignorance and shame
for the battle of disapproval and oppression to Human Rights for the Children.

“We are the voice of those who are vulnerable and oppressed by the changes of the leadership
and power. We must face this challenge to fight for our children’s rights because our children is the next
future leaders and influencers,” he added on his privilege speech. He also reiterated that this conference
will be our open opportunities to work on other countries over the children situation.

“Records shows that (were tabulated in statistics) from 45-49 children were murdered and raped,
300 children became the victims of prostitution, and 80 percent of the children had no privilege to give
proper education. Most of the cases were kidnapped and see their hopelessness in their future”, Bro.
Hoque addressed to all the dgnitaries and fellow ambassadors the current situation in Bangladesh.

He ended his opening speech by filing a case on those political parties and oppressors in fighting
child abuse, human trafficking and kidnapping as well as the call for the attention for the Global Leaders
to address this issue to avoid these irrelevant leaders and choose the righteous leaders to protect and
promote children’s rights for our today’s society.

“Let’s Change Our Mindset and Respect Others”

An inspiring speeches from Ambassador Dr. Satnam Deuchakar of France also called out the
challenge to be the advocate of changing one’s mindset when it comes to leadership. Inspite of these
sudden changes of our leadership, she also addressed to all the attendees the importance of free will to
help our children and others who were affected by violence, human trafficking and inequality of all ages
and genders around the globe.

According to Dr. Deuchakar, “Let us change our mindset and respect others on how we treat
them. We must stand and fight for all this cost.” She also added that we must uplift our group to fight for
human rights and we must do this on our words and deeds as one family. This global conference also
aims to unite with one mind, one voice and one spirit to defend human rights for children.

Another Ambassador from India, Atty. Dr. Solomon Raj, also adhered to everyone the main
purpose in attending this Global Conference. “We are here to come together globally and to unite against
human trafficking and domestic violence for children and women,” he said on his warm message.

He also alarmed on the current situation in India, Bangladesh and Nepal, the top countires
wherein many children were affected by Human Trafficking cases. He also called out for support in
protecting our children against cybercrime and human trafficking to all minors which is now dominated
all over the worldwide web. The most common platform of Cybercrime and Human Trafficking can also
be found in just one click away.

“We need to work on the children who were abused. We must put our minds together and build
the same initiative, to fight for Human Rights,” he added on his last part of the speech.

Learn to Lead Themselves

Dr. Jessica Ashe of the United States of America also joined the Global Conference along with
the other dignitaries from the Northern and Central America in supporting the needs of protecting and
promoting the Human Rights for children through passing the Children’s Right Bill.

She also believed that proper training at the very young age over self-control was also important
in exercising their rights for information and freedom of expression. She also expressed her condemnation
on prostitution for the victims most specially to the women and children.

“We must learn to lead themselves against actions that harassess the children. We also work with
the leaders and advocates to the United States of America on addressing this issue,” she added.

Meanwhile, the congratulatory messages from Ambassadors Giovanni Deguito of AHRI


Philippines and President Lilybeth Gregorio to all the delegates of AHRI Global on this Project on
promoting Human Rights to Children. It has been implied that the importance of protecting children’s
rights are the first priority and educating our young children is our first initiative.

The Battle Cry and Protest Against Human Trafficking

One of the highlights of the 3rd Global Conference on Children’s Right Bill also adhered to the
theme “Protest Against Oppression of Children’s Human Rights, Activists, Lawyers and
Journalists.” Moreover, some of the keynote speakers from different parts of the world also support this
initiative from AHRI Global.

The moderators of this event were Amb. Dr. Cliff Ransom Wendell B. Lilangan, AHRI Greater
Asian Coordinator and Amb. Kharishma Mani of India. This conference were tackled many issues like
Human Trafficking, Domestic Violence and Child Abuse across the afflicted areas in African and Asian
Countries. The speakers were also supporting this initiative in promoting Children’s Right Bill to
decrease the incident of violence against children and practice their freedom, unity and love for one
another.

Dr. Nuphur Dhamija of India Supreme Court connoted the inicident and cases of rape and racial
discrimination in India. She appealed to all the delegates in expressing their freedom of expression as they
used it to overcome their fear and practice their power to freedom of speech.

Dr. Blanca Madrigal, TV Producer of Mexico Channel 73, also addressed this initiative to have
the freedom of expression in most of the countries. According to Dr. Madrigal, “ Let’s change our way
and love more than anything through humanity. When you put God first, and the rest will follow.” She
also connoted her support on the right to education and protection of children to live inside their homes.

Another speaker from India, Amb. Roselyn Kasthuri, also adhered the importance of the right to
education and protection of the children. She also believed that the right to live and freedom against
violence must be exercised in their country. While Amb. Commandante Charles Ebhoria of Africa also
addressed the issue of Human Rights and racial discrimination in their country. He was also alarmed on
the effects of child abuse and violence.

“Children must grow up with peace and protection most specially with the vulnerable
community. We should realize the oppressions of the enemies and we must aware on these challenges in
fighting human dignity over the money,” he added. He ended his speech with this quote, “God is love and
our refuge to live a happy place.”

Child Protection Bill : The Key to Peace, Freedom and Equality

Ambassador Dr. Chris Zita, AHRI Philippines President, also believed that the key to Children’s
Protection is peace, freedom and equality. In order to enjoy this priviledges, we must practice Human
Rights and Dignity to our children.

Amb. Dr. Navnette Kour of India also support the Children’s Protection by joining hand in hand
in erradicating prostitution to uplift the rights of children. The main cause of the criminal cases in child
abuse were the weakness of the children and the incompetence of the lawmakers to address the human
rights in education.

Amb. Suraiya Bano also supported the Children’s Right Bill. “ Child abuse is the main problem
in the society,” according to Amb. Bano. She added that the most beautiful gift from God is life and we
must protect our children most specially the unborned children.
Lastly, Amb. Dr. Reymund Ferry of AHRI Philippines expressed his love and support on this
initiative. He aslo added that safeguarding our children means protecting their good health and security
most specially to all the victims of human trafficking and civil war in Afghanistan. He ended his speech
with the quote, “ Don’t loose hope for the vulnerable countries who experiencing human injustice.”

The closing remarks and sharing of thoughts and support from the participants also adhered their
support in the 3rd Global Conference conducted via Zoom. Ambassador Dr. Princess Tobechuku of India
also added her utmost gratitude to Amb. Hoque and Amb. Princess Commandante Sangil for organizing
the said event.

Ambassador Bro. Annamul Hoque also wished to support the Human Rights for Children most
specially in Nigeria as hundreds of children were also vindicated on the challenges of Child’s Protection
and Human Trafficking. This conference will never become successful without the help of our fellow
ambassadors for organizing this event most specially to AHRI Philippines. We work in hand to speak in
one voice for peace and freedom against violience.
