I. Project Title: CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS

II. Project Proponent: ABIGAIL JANE B. MARZO

Project Ends: May 26, 2021

IV. Target Beneficiaries: 50 constituents of barangay

V. Total Budgetary Requirements: 33,600.00Pesos only

VI. Project Rationale:

The proponent has conducted a survey and gathered information in Brgy. San
Jose Bo.5 Koronadal City and as result, she found out that the community has a
problem regarding with lack of proper waste disposal. Therefore, the said project
visualize mentally with the help of the community to enhance and promote unity in
terms of performing their responsibility as a constituents of the Brgy. In order to
resolve the problem, the proponent come up with, organize the constituents into a
community service and training for them to be aware in the cause nd effect of
throwing garbages everywhere.

VII. Developmental Goal:

At the end of the project implementation, the community of Brgy. San Jose Bo.5
will have its realization and well-mannered community constituents,and a dynamic
and collaborative individual in their society to help achieve the cleanliness unity and
a healthy sorroundings in the barangay.

VIII. Project Description:

The said project is formed with a big purpose, to promote unity and peace and to
help enhance the responsibility of every individual

IX. Project Component:

The Project has the following components:

1. Community training and seminars for the youth

2. Proper waste disposal symposium for parents and officials

X. Project Objective:

The purpose of the project is to:

1. To enable everyone to become responsible constituents and help them to be

aware and responsive in any cause.
2. To provide the care and intervention for those purok's that lack of equipments to
use especially in collecting their garbages.

XI. Implementation Scheme:

The implementation of this project is through conducting seminar and training

for the youth and parents to be aware by the cause of throwing away garbages in
canals and everywhere at the same time to help them prepare in times of calamities.
In this trainings and seminars facilitator invited speakers to discuss and enlighten the
perspective of every constituents.

XII. Project Feasibility:

Theprojectwillsupportthecleanlinessandhealthybarangayfortheconstituentsforth
esafetyofyoungchildrenandolder. Facilitate them to help improve their barangay and
to provide a better place to live and clean and green environment until for the next
generation.

XIII. Monitoring and Evaluation:

The proponent monitors and evaluate through follow up visitation and meetings,
securing the records from the leader of every purok's with abiding the health
protocols.

XIV. Project Sustainability:

Thepartneragencies,DepartmentofEnvironmentandNaturalResourcesortheDENR,
includingtheBrgyOfficialsandPurokOfficials will facilitate to ensure the progress and
development of the barangay and the continuation of the programs and activities.
