GENERAL MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

1.Gun metal SB: 1062 used for bushes and bearing shall conform to IS :25- 1966 BB:10:2
2.Sheet rubber shall confirm to type 8 of IS : 638 - 1965 grades to suit the nature of work.
3.Mild steel plates shall conforming to IS -2062 Grade.
4.Structural steel and mild steel plate conforming to IS : 226-1975 or IS -2062 or equivalent shall be
used for the fabrication of rest of the machinery and equipment.
