Preview Application and Retention Analysis from 2016-2021

Intro:
This paper will analyze the Preview events and classes over the last six years in order to
gain a better understanding of success rates per each event, retention per each event, patterns
established over the last six years, how Abbey students heard about the Abbey, and percentages
relating to each Preview event.

2016 Abbey Student Data:

Data:
● 24 Students attended the Abbey
● 18 heard of the Abbey through Worldview Academy
● 3 heard of the Abbey through family referral.
● 2 heard of the Abbey through Radio Worldview or the Internet
● 1 heard of the Abbey through Teenpact.
2016 Preview Data:
*Combined Fall and Spring Previews as there is not enough accurate data.*

Data:
● 14 Students Participated
● 9 Students Applied to the Abbey from Previews that year.
● 8 Students Attended the Abbey in the following years.

Summary:
Marketing information from 2016 shows a hefty percentage of our students hear about us
via Worldview Academy; to the tune of 80% of the class of 2016.
Preview:
2016, as a collective year, indicated many different areas of growth and improvement within the
administrative capacities of the program paired with significant improvement for student life
events and procedures.
Preview at the Abbey events during this year were profitable and generated a positive
percentage for applications and retention. With a more than 50% application rate paired with a
47% retention rate (of those applications), Preview events during this year were highly
successful.

● 35 Students Attended the Abbey
● 28 Students heard of the Abbey through Worldview Academy
● 3 Students heard of the Abbey through Family Referral.
● 2 Students heard of the Abbey through Conferences
● 1 Student heard of the Abbey through TeenPact
● 1 Student heard of the Abbey through Internet/Podcast
