A Resolution Creating Victim-Survivor Community Referral Pathway in Barangay

Nituan, Parang, Maguindanao and other purposes thereof.

WHEREAS, Section 16 of the Local Government Code of 1991 provides that Local
Government Unit shall pursue undertakings to maintain peace and order and other
significant concerns.
WHEREAS, Barangay Local Government Unit shall ensure the adoption and
implementation of the National Laws concerning the Children in Need of Special
Protection (CNSP) and other existing laws protecting children;

WHEREAS, the creation of the Victim-Survivor Community Referral System shall be

composed of the following:

MRS. CONSUELO H. BEBIT- Barangay Nutrition Scholar
MRS. LYDIA U. RACAZA- School Principal
MRS. BELEN DEGRACIA- Faith Based Organization

WHEREAS, the powers and functions of the victim-survivor community referral

pathway shall:

1. Formulate plans, programs and policies for the effectiveness of their

responsibilities as member of the victim-survivor community referral pathway.
2. Conduct information, education and communication campaign;
3. Provide and create linkages with other agencies and institutions in planning
and monitoring and evaluation of the plan.
4. All health protocols and guidelines provided by the DOH shall be undertaken.
5. Establish and maintain data base of statistics and programs and;
6. Perform such other functions as may be required.

NOW THEREFORE on motion of Kagawad Florencia S. Masukat duly seconded by

Kagawad Filomeno Bebit, be it.

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, to create the Victim-Survivor Community

Referral Pathway in Barangay Nituan, Parang, Maguindanao and other purposes
thereof.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned

offices for their information.
