Assuming potential at Q is V
applying KVL loop 1
9−2i−1(i−i1) − 3i = 0

Applying KVL loop 2

6−3i1 + 1(i − i1) = 0

Solving (i) and (ii)

i = 1.82A and i1 = 1.95A

Current through 1Ω resistor = i − i1 =

−0.13A

Therefore, current through 1Ω resistor is

0.13A from Q to P
