CONSTRUCTION OF ROOF, FLOORING AND FINISHING OF GROUP

HAND WASHING ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Apolan Elementary School believes that functional and proper hygiene

practice in school creates the safe and conducive environment for the learners as

well as the parents especially in this time of pandemic wherein anybody can acquire

the said virus. As one way to maintain sanity and hygiene of our learners when going

to school, we dreamed to constrcut the group handwashing. Facility like this reduce

the vulnerabilities of children to acquire bacteria and virus.

Thus, hand washing have been constructed to ensure the learners’ protection from

any kind of diseases or illnesses brought by viruses. The goal of Apolan Elementary

School to have a roofing, flooring and finishing of the group Handwashing has come

to realize, which is located near the Kinder-Grade 2 classroom.

With the help of the kind-hearted people who heartedly donated any amount of cash,

the teaching staff of Apolan Elementary School has collected enough amount of

money to finance the Construction of Group handwashing, which was constructed on

October 4-8 2021.

Indeed, Apolan Elementary School is fortunate to have people who donated, and it’s

conspicuous in the eyes of the learners to see and utilize the said facility. Now,

Apolan Elementary is looking forward that the dear learners will utilize the said

facility properly and achieve the beginning with the end in mind.

REPAIR CLASROOM WALL PARTITION

Apolan Elementary School is a small school wherein it has only one building that is

divided into four rooms, one of which is the school’s office meanwhile the remaining

are the classrooms.

In order to ensure that the physical attribution of the classrooms of Apolan

Elementary School is good in the eyes of the learners, the teaching staff wished to

repair the classroom wall partition. Its goal is to smoothen the wall of the partition

between the classroom of Grade 3-4 and Grade 5-6 and wall partition of Grade 5-6

and the School’s office.

During the planning phase, the teaching staff has come up with the plan to tap the

sources of LGU Damulog, because money is the key to start the repairing.

Fortunately the LGU Damulog has provided enough cash to meet the goal of Apolan

Elementary School repair the wall partition. Indeed Apolan Elementary School is

very grateful with the LGU Damulog for providing.

On September 20, 2021 is the starting of the repairing and ended in Sep 24 with the

help of the husband of one of the teachers in Apolan Elementary School, the plan

were fully realized. Then the teachers who own the classroom dedicatedly beautify

the wall by putting paints and designs.

Definitely the Repair has done smoothly. The teaching Staff saw through from idea

to realization.
