The Job

You will be responsible for :

 Implementing methodologies to standardise end to end data science project life cycle

 Building an End to End Data Science Framework designed to handle large volume data sets

 Leading data exploration and statistical inferences on datasets, storytelling to communicate insights and findings in a simplified way

 Effective multitasking and delivery on time with quality

 Evangelising new product features

 Working with cross functional teams for assessing data science use cases and product market fitment

The Profile

 You have a Degree from a top-tier institute and at least 5 years of total experience with recent & relevant experience in the space of Video Analytics/Computer Vision/Image Processing

 You should have at least 1 year of directly managing a team.

 You have the ability to decompose customer needs into specific product features

 You have the ability to guide team on Product MVP

 You possess ability to follow structured Product Market Fit (PMF) processes laid out by the company

 You are able to prioritise features based on market demand signals for engineering

 You have a solid understanding of Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence Technologies

 You have hands on experience in YOLO and other object detection algorithms using Tensorflow/Keras libraries

 You have thorough knowledge in CNN, VGG, Resnet and InceptionNet backend networks and transfer learning

 You have a strong expertise in productionalising deep neural network based solution using Docker/Kubernetes

 You possess hands on experience in Python, R and equivalent programming languages

 You have expertise in building, productionalising and scaling analytics solutions for big data problems

 Having experience in building and scaling models for time series (such as sensors etc.) data is a priority

 You have solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

 You are familiar with agile execution of data science projects

 You should possess strong hunger and missionary zeal to build a No.1 Industrial AI product company out of India

 You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

 You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

 You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
