Our price for Design, Engineering & supply of Water Softening Plant as described in earlier
Annexure shall be.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:-

40% Advance against PO

50%against delivery before commissioning
10% after successful commissioning;

DELIVERY: -

Within 5 to 6 weeks from the date of receipt of your P.O.along with Advance payment.

VALIDITY:-This offer is valid for 30 days.

WARRANTY: -

The equipment supplied is warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning
or beneficial operation of plant. Warranty is valid against defective workmanship and our
liability is limited to repair or replace of the same. No Guarantee & Warranty in Resin for
operating mistake. No warranty in any Upvc spares, piping and mpv.
