The Introduction

Order letter is a document that confirm the details regarding product and services transaction of a
business. The letter normally having information of the product ordered, quantities of the product,
model, brand, method of payment and way of delivery. The letter contain whole information about to
whom we write the letter. In this letter, I am a manager in an event company write a letter to the sales
manager of a furniture company for ordering the furniture for my upcoming event and request for a
service to fix that product in the event place.

Dear Mr. Collins,

As I mention above that we need to buy the different furniture for the upcoming event as we are a
the best event management company of the area we need a furniture company to deal with various
antique furniture, and I get to know about you, I attach the list of whole furniture that we needed for
our event and I mention the quantity of the different material.
