Instructions to be followed whiling submission:
1. The Student should take the print out of admission form by logging into their admission form
link (chmbeta.acadmin.in/admission/onlineform) and>>>> click on Continue Partially filled
form>>>> and put the form No. and Password (Sent at the time of form filling on your
respective email Id or shown on the computer screen>>>> click on Print Button (Incase if you
failed to submit the admission form please report as per your schedule timing.
2. Kindly stapple the above document as per above given sequence in two sets to be submit separately.
3. All documents should be clear and legible to view, Marksheet should be in photocopies from
original, no original is required however, and original will be checked for verification.
4. The above documents are required to process your enrolment with University of Mumbai
hence it is mandatory to submit.
