Z. The data that will be generated from this assessment will serve as inputs in developing the
training design for a proposed capacity-building for instructional superuisors and leaders to strengthen
their level of competence and confidence as TA providers.
3. Purposive sampling shall be adopted in the conduct of this assessment. The five (5) respondents
from each Schools Division Office (SDO) are the following:
a. The CID Chief
b. One (1) Education Program Supervisor In-Charge of Testing or PSDS
c. One (1) Secondary School Principal III or IV (from Junior High School)
d. One (1) Secondary School Principal (from Senior High School)
e. One (1) Elementary School Principal III or IV
4. Attached is the copy of the survey tool to be accomplished by the respondents and to be
submitted by the CID Chief through this e*mail address: ro3.deoed.ttd@omail.com. Deadline for
submission is on or before May 2, 2017.
