VOTE OF THANKS

For Successful Completion of Orientation Day Celebrations 2021-22

The best and beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must
be felt by heart “Thank You” is one such prayer among them.
I consider it a great privilege to propose a vote of thanks to all the dignitaries who have
witnessed it as a memorable and peaceful event.

• Today my words are not enough to express the gratitude. On behalf of LIET, I
would like to thank Mr. CA Basha Mohiuddin Sir, Chairman who graced us
with his thought provoking address and set a perfect platform for our college

• God gave me the eyes but you showed me the skies
We extend our sincere thanks to Mrs. Rizwana Begum Madam, Secretary for
awakening the desires and wonders of young generations. Madam your actions
inspire others and explore the possibilities and help us to reach new horizon

• I express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Syed Touseef Ahmed sir, Vice Chairman
for his words ofwisdom that radiated a source of energy within us. thank you sir
for being with us today.
• I thank our zealous Director Dr.S.Althaf Hussain sir for his valuable suggestions
to the budding Engineers.
• We are grateful to Dr. C.V . Narasimhalu Sir, Principal for his words of
encouragement. His able guidance has always encouraged us thank you Sir

• I thank Dr. Azam Pasha Quadri Sir, Vice Principal & COE for his everlasting
support for this program. Thank you sir and Your Team for excellent
arrangements for food and hospitality being a source of motivation
• I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr.T.KShaikShavali Sir, Convener for this
program & Dean Student’s affairs. Thank You sir for all the wonderful
arrangements, your unstinting support and encouragement.
• I express my thanks to Dr. Hafeez Basha Sir Co-Convener of this event & Dean
IQAC for his ingenious involvement in making videos and presentations. Thank
you sir for your enthusiasm in executing the event and making it a great success.
• I would like to thank Dr. J. Sasi Kiran Sir Dean-1st Year for his words of
encouragement and guidance.You have always been a source of inspiration to
everyone Thank You Sir.
• I extend my gratitude to Dr.Aneesuddin, HOD-Civil Engg. Dept., Mr. Shafiuddin,
Mr.Mohd Moiz from Civil Engg. Dept & their team and Dr. Mohammad
Jabeerullah, HOD-ECE and his team for proper planning of Vehicle parking.
Thank you all for the systematic parking facility.
• My heartfelt thanks to the Deans, Heads of all the departments and The faculty
for their valuable contribution, guidance and encouragement in all efforts .
• I thank Mrs. Masarath Jabeen & Dr. Dadamiah PMD Shaik for her kind
cooperation and patience forincorporating theinduction program schedule.
Thank you mam & sir for patiently drafting a remarkable schedule.

• I extend my sincere thanks to Mrs.Sharon Swarupa Rani and Ms.Syeda Amathul

Azeem for coordinating with Dr.Rehana Anjum in prize distribution to the
students and parents.
• I owe special gratitude to the non-teaching staff who has worked hard to ensure
that this occasion becomes a memorable success. I thank Mr.Abbas and
Mr.Harshavardhan for their timely cooperation in organizing today’s program.
• I extend my thanks to all the administrative staff, security-guards, Gardeners,
attendars, sweepers, without whose sincere efforts, the event could not have been
systematically organized.

willingness they have experienced to take on the completion of tasks beyond their
comfort zone.

• I would like to thank our technical support and service providers of light, sound,
photography, advertising and catering service. A special thanks to Mr. Abdul Rais,
Mr. Vilayath and Mr. Rudhvik who have taken care of the technical support and
videos.
• I extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Khaja Muzafaruddin, HOD-Petroleum Engg
for his benevolent support in organizing this program.
 • I thank all the distinguished invitees, parents, freshers, alumni for accepting
our invitation and gracing this occasion.
• Finally I express my profound thanks to the organizing committee in making this
event a great success. I thank Dr. Dadamiiah PMD Shaik, Mr. MD Irshad Ali, Dr.
Rehana Anjum, Dr. Archana Srinath, Mr.Shaik Mohammed Ali, Dr. V
Naganjaneyulu, Mrs. Siddiqui Tahseen Fatima, Mrs. Jaya Lakshmi, Mrs.
Reshma Bushra, Mrs. Frahnaz Fathima, Mr. Suman, Mr. Karteek and

 Report on Orientation Day 2021-2022
The 19th Orientation program for the Year 2021 of I B. E has been organized at Lords
Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad on 27 November 2021 at 10.30 am
at the college premises. The program was organized to welcome the fresh aspirants who
have joined as the First Batch with LIET conferred Autonomous status. The students
welcomed the audience with the prayer and welcome song. The Chairman, Mr. Basha
Mohiuddin has reminded the responsibility of the students to achieve their goal. He also
suggested valuing the time and inculcating discipline in one’s career. The Principal,
Dr. CV Narasimhulu highlighted the College being first Muslim Minority College in the
combined Telugu states. He requested parents to monitor their wards’ Academic
Progress. The Director of LIET, Dr. Altaf Hussain emphasized about Parent -Teacher
Meeting and Mentorship. Dean I-Year, Dr. J. Sasi Kiran highlighted the Importance of
the Academic Year 2021-2022 Rules and Regulations to be followed by the students. The
Secretary of LIET, Smt. Rizwana Begum motivated the students to be regular to college
and gain the knowledge during this 4 Year Course. Mr. Touseef Ahmed, Vice Chairman
of LIET has thrown light on Placements and the Flexibility of the Course Structures and
Regulations of the Autonomous College. Dr. Azam Pasha Quadri, Vice Principal of LIET
explained about the Guidance for the Present Autonomous Examinations Pattern. Dr.
Hafeez Basha, Dean IQAC of LIET explained about the Quality of Teaching and
Industrial Exposure through R and D and E – Cell in the Campus.
Dr.TK. Shaik Shavali, Dean CSE, Student Affairs and Admissions emphasized on the
importance of Communication Skills provided by the college through Orator’s Club and
he highlighted the students who were placed in various reputed companies with highest
pay scales. Further, he reiterated that LIET provides students a platform for placements
for the students.
The Chairman and Secretary of LIET released the academic rules and regulations and
syllabus copies during the occasion. The Program also witnessed many Success Stories
by the students who were placed in reputed companies and the Alumni encouraging the
young budding engineers.
All the I Year Faculties were introduced so that the students get acquainted with the
teachers. Students were awarded prizes for their Academic and Co-Curricular Activities.
Prizes were awarded for Best Parents who took interest in the overall development of
their ward.
The Program concluded by thanking all the Senior Student Anchors and Coordinators,
Parents and organizing team. Nearly 2000+ People have gathered for the Occasion.
