RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

confirm the lawful cessation of my employment with 24/7 Customer Philippines, Inc. (the “Company”).
I also acknowledge receipt of the gross amount of

representing my separation pay and other monies and benefits due me under the law and any Company
policies:

1. I release, remise and forever discharge the Company, its successors-in-interest, stockholders, officers,
directors, agents and employees from any action, sum of money, damages, claims and demands whatsoever
which in law or in equity I ever had, now have, or which I, my heirs, successors, and assigns, hereinafter may
have upon or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, up to the time of these presents, the intention
hereof being completely and absolutely to release the Company, its successors-in-interest, stockholders,
officers, directors, agents and employees from all liabilities arising wholly, partially or directly from my
employment with the Company.

2. I will not at any time and in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, disclose to any person or
entity any information of any kind relating to the business of the Company, its manner of operations, plans,
processes, or data of any and all kind. I also undertake to surrender, as I hereby surrender, to the Company
all papers and documents belonging to the latter which have come into my possession as a result of my past
employment with the Company.

3. I further warrant that I will institute no action against the Company, its successors-in-interest,
stockholders, officers, directors, agents or employees by reason of my past employment with the Company.
Neither shall I participate, actively or inactively, in any present or future action, nor on claims filed against
the Company by any person or entity for whatsoever purpose or end.

4. I acknowledge that I have received all amounts that are now or may be due me from the Company. I
acknowledge that during my employment with the Company, I received and was paid all compensations,
benefits and privileges to which I was entitled under all laws and policies of the Company by reason of my
employment and/or engagement therewith, and if I hereafter be found in any manner to be entitled to any
amount, the aforementioned monetary amount is a full and final satisfaction of any and all such undisclosed
claims.

I finally declare that I have read and understood this document and the release waiver and quitclaim hereby
given are made willingly and voluntarily and with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
